Good value for money.

Friendly front desk staff and housekeeping. The room and the bathrooms are clean. Very spacious room. Just need to update the carpet and the doors. But over all a very good place to stay.

Hotel was excellent, price was rightly A little bit far from the falls (around 10 minutes walking) but can’t complain, the price is the best for the area Definitely i would recommend it

We enjoyed our 3 day stay at the Diplomat Inn. The place is clean and renovated and the staff at the reception is friendly and helpful. This is about a mile walk from the Falls view points and close to many restaurants.

The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and nicely decorated. The modern technology in the bathroom was a bonus, in particular the shower with it's various showerheads and screen displaying the water temperature and time taken in the shower. The beds were huge, with firm mattresses and fluffy pillows. The AC was easy to control and very quiet. Free Parking was an added bonus, as parking is very limited and very expensive in the area. We booked because of its proximity to the OLG Stage (10 minute walk). It's very close to several restaurants and convenience stores. LCBO a few steps away. Very easy to get to from the QEW. The area is a bit run down, but it's safe. The falls are a 20-minute walk away.
