Most of the staff were nice and helpful. One staff member that was taking care of "breakfast " was rude and seemed to be miserable. We had to beg for towels wamd washcloths. The rooms were not very nice or clean and the area was very ran down. Many empty buildings that had broken windows and graffiti. However, the American side of Niagara Falls is not very nice at all. I dont think the money from tourists is going back into the city which is a shame.

Spend 30 Bucks more and Stay in a Clean Room

I tried to save some money and booked this hotel, and I instantly regretted it. I lasted about 30 minutes in my room--it was dirty, I got 2 bug bits in 20 minutes, and I killed 2 spiders in my bathroom. The dresser was sticky, the floor was dusty, and there were dead bugs by the alarm clock. It was so bad I checked out within an hour of checking in, and I had to book another hotel. Beware: both EconoLodge and Hotels.com refused to refund my money. Sometimes it's nice to save money on a trip, but in this case, spend 30 bucks more and stay at a hotel that is actually clean and bug free. There are SO many other options in this area.

Tv did not working, no working phone, tub had a slippry substance in it that would not wash away. Walked to the office to get help but they did not show . I called from my cell phone after 2 hours but was give no help

There were so many bugs ans mosquitos every where. All doors and lights were surrounded by mosquitos. Staff was very rude when we asked and said they cant do anything either you stay or leave as they have complaints from many rooms so they were tired and did not want to help anyone.

The property was in a prime location and a great price. But upon arrival and opening the door to our room we were greeted by about 20 gouse flies. As qell ws many other tyoes of flying insects. While ou at Wal-Mart i grabbed some fly stripes and a fly swatter. The sink was covered in bugs and the floor literally turned our white aocks black. Not happy.

Very disorganized. We booked 2 rooms, and when tried to check first they couldn't find the rooms for some time, after they've found them there was already some guy living in one of those rooms, so we had to wait for a while until they found another one, and then that other one had no towels. Also the bathrooms are tiny and the included breakfast is really sad.

The bathroom was very nice. Appeared to be recently new. Otherwise rating would be less than poor. No coffeemaker in the room. Hair dryer fell off the wall. Rooms only cleaned and refreshed upon request. Couldnt get the tv to work. Had to get help from the office to come to our room and get it turned on. Insufficient parking. The absolute worst was the floors. They were so filthy that we had to wear our shoes every time we stepped on the floor! Our feet then our shoe bottoms weren’t just dirty they were black. Will not recommend this motel.

There are too many flies. I don’t dare open the door at all—once I do, they swarm in. The corridor lights stay on all night, making it as bright as daytime. Even with the curtains closed, it’s still glaring, making it impossible to sleep. The entire hotel is very dirty.

Property looked nice but room is disgusting and the services of front desk staff both at check in and check out were cold and nobody to do anything to go beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Booked this stay three months for a family get together, one of the rooms we got had dirty beds, torn bedsheets, blood stained shower curtains , hair in bathroom.

Torn bed sheets, dirty bathroom with hair all around, blood stained shower curtain, stinky room, irrespective of booking months in advance they couldn’t arrange proper three rooms side by side. Never staying here again. Showed the pics to the front desk staff but no response and apologies. It’s more like a crackhead motel not worth the price and staying with families.
