You were only given one drink during Happy Hour. The only items served were potato chips and pretzels (which were stale). Very different from my experience at the Embassy Suites in Nashville where they had cheese, crackers, Hor's d'oeuvres and you could have more than one drink.

The elevators are very slow. The free breakfast was so crowded we left and went to McDonalds. It is not worth taking the free breakfast option when reserving a room. Be aware Valet Parking costs $125 for one night.

The staff were brilliant, location and views excellent. However the rooms (we were in the Presidential Suite - didn't feel very presidential!) was tired, lacking little touches like robes, slippers etc. which I would be expect in a such a room and for price paid. Staying in presidential suite included ViP breakfast access which was good as queues are long. The breakfast was poor quality and cold, toast tasted like it was done the day before - again very lacking for a 4* hotel. Evening drinks and snacks were also included with this room but there was only pretzels and potato chips. I rarely leave negative reviews but this hotel definitely could do better!

They do not clean your room every night for longer stays. I did call on this and they said that they do not have the staff coverage for that. Pretty strange for a hotel chain that is usually one of the best.

Overall property is at right spot, off property parking too far. Clean, quite. Bad lift service (everyone struggling and waiting too long for up and down), Breakfast is pathetic and always same option. Food item running out very quickly. Over all property is good, accessible. While food quality and lift need to be worked on. 5/5 for room, clean, reachability. 2/5 for lift 3/5 for breakfast and it's arrangement
