Déception concernant la propreté des lieux. Le pire endroit est le restaurant. Les serveurs sont très gentils mais l’endroit n’a pas été rénové depuis longtemps et la propreté laisse à désirer. L’accueil à la réception pour la sortie a été très ordinaire. Malgré que je parle anglais j’ai demandé si quelqu’un parlait français car c’est plus facile pour moi. C’est comme si j’avais demandé si quelqu’un parlait japonais ou russe. La seule personne dans cet établissement qui parlait français est une gentille serveuse au restaurant qui venait du Nouveau-Brunswick. Même au téléphone je n’ai pas pu réserver en français au départ…j’aurais dû me douter ! Je croyais que le Canada était bilingue , au moins pour le dépannage en cas de problème. Donc n’oubliez pas Google traduction en voyage pour les imprévus plus difficile à argumenter.

Overall great location and clean room. What i didnt like is the pillow is too soft and feel cheap. So sleeping on it isnt the most comfortable sleep. Otherwise everything is good.

The stay was pleasant both in the room and with the hotel amenities. In room dining service was very nice. However, did not like that the washroom doors had no locks or latches. It was just a cheap quality sliding door. Overall enjoyed the stay and the view of the falls from the upstairs lobbies was breathtaking 😍

Many people have posted that the parking was way to far away, my wife and I had no problem. The parking lot is across the street. A little pricy but convenient. If you are going as a tourist, and plan on seeing the falls and sites, we highly recommend buying the two day pass. It includes the incline tram and the bus for the two days, saves a lot of walking lol.
