Nothing to rate if my family and i didn't get to stay here .. Sunday evening they called and said they transferred our reservations to Hilton hotel near by due to "helping near by homes who are victims of fire as per gov't request". funny, how before i booked them .. there were comments about it just 2 months prior .. how convenient that every 2 months they close down due to "plumbing issues" ... DONT BOTHER REPLYING TO THIS AS I DONT CARE WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY!!!

We paid such a amount for a decent room, we can sent to Hilton hotel where we had to pay another 155 dollar and they gave us the which was under construction full of dust, damaged walls and burning hot water with very low pressure. It was complete waste of my money. Paid 4 time more money for piece of trash

Stay moved from oaks to Hilton fallsview

We actually were moved to the Hilton fallsview as there were plumbing issues at the oaks overlooking the falls. Our stay was excellent and the only complaint I have was that the Hilton did not honour the parking rate from the oaks as we were told they would. All other things were matched or better. Front desk staff and guest services at the Hilton fallsview were excellent.

The hotel was having a plumbing issue in the building. Right after I made the booking, they reached out to inform me about the issue and re-booked us at Hilton without any price change and we baiting we get the same room we booked. Really happy with such customer service.

The hotel was fundamentally outdated and poorly maintained. The first room we were assigned had a partially collapsed ceiling and was covered in dust. The second room was not properly cleaned and had a strong smell of semen in the bathroom — even up until the moment we checked out. To make matters worse, we experienced sleep paralysis during the night and even heard the voices of a man and a woman, like ghosts. I will never return to this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone — not even to someone I dislike.

But for them its there policy to let the guests wait till chk in time .atleast show empathy what kinda hospitality school they went i dunno 😕 from 11 to 4 they just send guest away beacuse they wantto work after 4lol.i would go to smaller hotel any day who give u better value money and service and abive all respect
