Great, really large room. View of US Falls. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Only issue was that breakfast wasn't early enough for us to enjoy before we had to leave hotel

Location, location, location!!!! It is very conveniently located close by the falls. We happened to have room with falls view although we did not specifically asked for it. The breakfast is decent (apples, oranges, cereal, jams, butter, freshly-made waffles, juices, coffee, bread, sausages, and scrambled eggs). Free coffee was available throughout the day at concierge . The free parking is included which is a plus. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. The A/C was a little bit loud in our room, but it wasn't a big thing for us as we were not very sensitive to it. the furniture and bathroom are a little bit outdated, but in good shape. The room comes with coffee makers and coffee pouches, a small refrigerator, iron table (not sure if the iron itself was there), and blow dryer. The stay was worth every penny of it if I want to put it in a sentence!

Curtains were old and dirty. Chair in room was old and cracked. TV was not working correctly, had to keep getting staff to come and sort it out. The whole place seemed rundown and in need of renovating! Staff not very pleasant other than the breakfast ladies who were quite pleasant. The only good thing is the location. Would not stay there again. Very disappointed!!
