Our only issue was waiting 2+ hours for our room to be ready after we arrived at 15:30. I understand that staff can be super busy and rooms may not be ready when we arrive, however, we were offered no discount or coupons for the delay. In the literal, 1000's, of hotels I have stayed at around the world, whenever the room wasnt ready on time, i have always been given some token to offset the delay. Other than thya, this hotel is worth the value and is located in a great spot to visit all the attractions around the falls. And from our room, the fireworks display was awesome.

The overall stay was very good, from cleanliness and dining room help, to comfortable beds and clean sheets. Our only complaint was about one of the reception staff. He was an older man with extremely white hair (he may have been albino) He was very rude to me when I asked for directions on a map as to our position there, suggesting in his "repartee" that I didn't know that water runds down hill. 83 years old and I didn't know that?? Also when I checked out he was engrossed in a phone call, grunted in reply to my "Good Morning" and never acknowledged my presence at all. I found his attitude extremely bad for someone on the reception desk. But he was my only complaint of our stay. The hotel's position is excellent, merely a short walk down the hill to The Falls. And the Bistro next door has excellent food. I would recommend a stay here if you can ignore the older receptionist. The young man who booked us in was charming.

Only thing i can say is stop the big bags of communal yogurt, its extremely unsanitary. And the cleaning staff needs to clean the halls better and along the.edges in the room. A little variety would be nice on the breakfast. Other hotels offer a much better buffet in the morning include in the room price. Nice thing is they take a cash deposit of 250

The staff are very nice & helpful. I would have given this hotel 5 stars. But, we had an exceptional room the first night. On 7th floor with view of the falls. We had to move the second night & that room was inferior. No shade on one of the bulbs. You had to bodybslam the door to get it open & that room was dated. But all in all clean.
