This hotel is rough. It doesn't smell great and is just dated and worn out. Here's the deal. If you're in Niagara for drinks and fun and just need a bed, it's fine, but it is a pretty old hotel. It also claims to have room service on the website... That's false, but you can get takeout from the restaurant. Also, they are pet friendly, but there is a 75$ charge, so just FYI.

Have stayed at this hotel previously. Showing its age a bit could do with some upgrades, but it’s very clean. The hotel room was good, bed was comfy. We had a nice view of the falls. Staff were excellent to deal with, overall very satisfied.

It did the trick for our trip. Chairs in room were old and uncomfortable. Bed and pillows were good. Staff was pleasant. Kinda wished they had free coffee in the lobby. A bit of a walk to the falls if you don't want to take the inclined railway but it's Niagara Falls, be prepared to walk. I would definitely stay here again.
