This hotel double charged me for two rooms. We stayed there from june 1 to 10. We checked out early. They wont refund me what was taken out a second time due to system failure. The hot water sink tap had to be turned on in order to get hot water for a shower. The bed was nice. Almost got stuck in the elevator when it didnt open, and it started to move with the door half open. There was carpet in the elevator thats how old this hotel is. Needs to be upgraded big time.

The bed was totally discusting. Sheets were not washed . Whole bed was full of pubic hairs and stains everywhere. Smelled so bad . Had to go buy and use our own sheets .

Check in took forever phone ringing non stop they never answer the phones when we walked into our room air conditioner super loud even when turned off can hear other rooms ac going my son got a roll bed that had disgusting stains on it the bed skirts were moldy the room was really run down definitely needs upgrading went to desk to complain they had these fake smiles on and pretty much turned me away water pressure for showers was awful barely any pressure no towels in the pool area couldn’t even go in the ihope that’s attached to the restaurant turning people away

Disappointing Experience

I finally checked out of the Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls/Fallsview, after spending just one night — and what a relief it was! This stay was a complete disappointment. First of all, the name “Fallsview” is incredibly misleading. Naturally, you’d expect a view of the actual Niagara Falls, but that was not the case at all. There was no falls view — just a clever marketing tactic to lure in guests. Don’t be fooled. To make matters worse, guests are charged for parking. I find this unreasonable — if you’re already paying to stay at the hotel, why isn’t parking included? I’ve stayed at more budget-friendly hotels that offered better service, cleaner rooms, more amenities, and free parking. One of the biggest letdowns was for the kids. They were really looking forward to using the pool, but by the time we went out to check out the town and came back, it was already closed — at 10 PM. Personally, I think that’s quite early, especially considering it’s an indoor pool. It’s not like there was a lifeguard who needed to go home, so closing that early made no sense and was a real disappointment for the children. Although the room appeared clean at first glance, it didn’t smell clean. The bathroom was dark, dingy, and full of mold — a clear health concern. The outlets were also faulty; plugs wouldn’t stay in, making it a struggle to charge our devices. As for the Wi-Fi? Completely useless. I had to use my phone’s hotspot just to keep the kids’ tablets connected. I will NEVER go back!

Unexpected fees like parking and some other fees. Matress was horrible. You would literate sink into the bed. AC so loud, could not sleep all night. Stains on the bed sheets

The room and hotel itself need a major renovation. The tub was rusted, carpet damage in hallways tapes with ductape, blood stain on bedroom lamp, walls were dirty. Laying more than 300$ for this hotel is an outrage. They are just charging a lot because of the very high demand tourist and attraction. That hotel would not make 100$/ night in another other area, i tool picture of the damages.

Absolutely horrible experience. The staff is not helpful at all. The rooms were okay. Both the elevators don’t work properly and are safety hazard. It will open the doors before you even reach the floor. At one point the power went out and we got stuck in the elevator for an hour. They had no backup, nothing. After all this when we asked to speak to the manager the person in charge lied about not being the manager and sent someone else to talk to us. They kept avoiding us for the duration of our stay. The “manager” conveniently came back when they knew we wouldn’t be at the hotel. And then proceeded to leave before we make it back there. They did the same thing the next day as well when we were supposed to check out.
