Only staff was cooperative but hotel management was worst. On the website is written breakfast will be provided but there was nothing like that. They had a problem with Key cards of all the rooms and only one person present who running around to open the doors manually and attend the reception area. No other facility provided in the room. No refrigerator, no cloth iron. Carpet was dirty. Only appreciable is the staff, cooperative and hard working.

We booked a room here from looking at their website. Thinking the building and rooms looked fairly new. But what they dont show is the other half. Rundown building and rooms where they put us. And room keys dont even work. The front desk has to let you in room. The cleaning staff is doing the best they can and were helpful. But management could be doing something.

The room key didn’t work, and the staff couldn’t fix it, so I had to ask them to open the door every time. The heating also didn’t work, and with a 6-year-old child, it made our stay very uncomfortable. I’m completely unsatisfied.

Overall, it was clean. The toilet did not work well. The bathroom door had been stapled at the bottom to keep the wood veneer on. Some of the staples were coming off which posed a safety issue, especially with our small child. The room was inexpensive, so we felt we got what we paid for. It was quiet, which doesn’t always happen with a motel style stay, so we were happy about that.
