My family's suggestion would be that when you're traveling with minor children and you need to walk through the casino to get to the buffet, is that they ask if you're a member. Instead, we walked through only to find out it was closed and when we went back, we were in the wrong line or entrance. If we had known that we would have waited in line bc when we were told we were not allowed in that entrance, the other line was a mile long. You would think your staff would have informed us before we had to walk all over and then wait. And, staff was not friendly bc we had to walk back and forth with minors.

Such a beautiful place to stay! You definitely could tell that it was one of the best hotels for the money you pay. The only drawback is the overwhelming smoke smell as you walk through the front door. Even if you reserve a nonsmoking room, you still have to endure the strong cigarette odor as you come and go.

The hotel looks new and well maintained. Pool area and gym are big enough, we used both and everything was clean and readybto use. Towels available at all times, clean and warm. The Casino was an amazing experience. Everything was safe The staff was friendly and welcoming The rooms, the view, the dinning options We are very pleased Will definitely go back.

The front desk was very rude! The only way to collect the payment was to insert the card into the machine, and I was not allowed to use contactless payment! The duty manager and the front desk even spoke to me in a "shouting" way. Viewing the video footage and listening to the audio recordings from the hotel front desk will prove my point!

This hotel, casino and pool area are beautiful, the rooms are very large and the beds were very comfortable. It was a great location, we were able to walk to Niagara Falls in 15 minutes.

The rooms were very dirty, the first day we arrived, we asked for service to spray the room, they never did it, on Sunday I asked for room service and had to give me three days and it wasn't until Monday that the service was done. The people who attend in customer service treat me with a bad attitude, I couldn't find where to complain, I've been to many places, and this is the first time I've reported something like this, in my opinion, it also has to do with the staff, they treat some people better than others

We had worst n horrible experience, bcoz we stayed for 3 nights n we didn’t got single day housekeeping cleaning to our both rooms n we took the expensive room. But still no one bother to care clean our room services. Zero star n even we wanted 15min or 30min late checkout. I asked for late check out at the front desk but they denied it. I said what is this my I have been to over 206 hotels whole world till now n each and every hotel does provides at least 30 min or 1 hour late check out courtesy. But this Seneca worst resort which wasn’t professional service they don’t care for customers service.. I made promise I will Never ever come back n will Definitely tell everyone not to go this Seneca. Zero star & very disappointed service. Even the valet staff name Abby had bad serious attitude problems. This worst RUDE staff name Abby had serious BAD ATTITUDE problems. My god. No courtesy. This abby was acting as she was the owner of this Seneca resort. Which she wasn’t. My god. She wasn’t capable of working at this resort. I wasn’t staying at this worst n horrible Seneca resort for free.. I paid lots of money which it wasn’t any worth it. No good service, no housekeeping cleaning service & no late checkout n even staff were full of BAD, RUDE attitude problems..

We chose this resort because of it's location that is near Niagara Falls. It is within walking distance to the state park. The hotel / resort is exceptional. The restaurants are also exceptional. Highly recommend this resort.

Good but not great…but good is pretty good nowaday

Nice hotel, room was clean & comphy. Housekeeping & front desk did NOT answer their phones for ONE WHOLE DAY, which was aggravating, but we finally got service. No microwave was a drag, not a lot of soap & shampoo. Easy check-in but frustratingly LITTLE in the way of information in the room about the hotel or its services… you really have to hunt for it on the TV. We had a nice visit but they need to clean-up a little of the smaller details to get a better rating from us-
