A very nice hotel in a great location. In a quiet area, but close and walkable to everything in the Falls area. All the staff are great, the rooms are nice & roomy and having a delicious breakfast delivered to the room every morning is wonderful!

This hotel was wonderful! Close to all attractions but set back a block away from the noise. Nice & quiet! The rooms were comfortable, clean & fabulous bathrooms. The daily “Breakfast in Bed” was amazing. What a way to start your day!! We had massages at the spa & they were one of the best we’ve had. Would book here again in a minute.

The staff was amazing! So friendly, great recommendations. I believe the person at the front desk was the manager and she was amazing! Rooms are incredible! We will definitely come back to this location if we are in town again!

Fantastic location, close enough to the action but far enough from the crowds. Only reason not 5 stars is the breakfast is served to your room and I prefer not to eat where I sleep (there is no breakfast room)

Sterling was great. This is the third time we have stayed there. Rooms are very nice. The spa and dining is amazing. Breakfast in bed included which was really nice and fresh. Also close to the strip so easy to walk to most attractions. This is an amazing boutique type of hotel. We really enjoy staying there.

The staff were very nice and informative. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Not a far walk from restaurants and entertainment. We enjoyed our stay but did hear some noisy vehicles throughout the night. Not hotel’s fault. Was a bit surprising as the street is not a high traffic street.

Great location for those that prefer a quieter location and don’t mind a short walk to the falls. Staff was attentive, shower was humongous, and the breakfast in bed feature was a great touch, Suggest an upper floor room to minimize noise.

The Sterling Inn was the perfect choice for us. Our room included an in-room jacuzzi which filled up quickly and had a self cleaning feature after draining. Robes, slippers, and plenty of towels were included in the room. The heating/cooling system was quiet and responsive. The room also included a beautiful gas fireplace. Our king bed and pillows were very comfortable. We really liked having "Breakfast in Bed" delivered at the exact time we requested and included in the room rate. There was plenty of breakfast items for us and we expecially enjoyed the yogurt and granola, large croissant, and french pressed coffee. All the employees were friendly and courteous. We would stay at The Sterling Inn again without hesitation and recommend it to anyone traveling to Niagara Falls.
