It’s a great hotel when traveling with pets. Would definitely stay here again if I go back to Niagara fallas, super close to the falls, rooms are very spacious and clean.

Room was clean as advertised. Staff was good. But the heating in the room sucked. The blower was very noisy. It kept reverting back to blowing cold air. Even though I pushed the heat button. I can understand auto shutoff if I'd selected auto but I didn't. yet at night it would turn off for a minute of 2 then back on with all kinds of weird noises. Loud enough to wake us up.

the room was clean the TV was very complicated (2 remotes) actually had to get front desk to come up and explain also the stair case up to the rooms is very narrow (no elevator) not good for older people or people with mobility issues close to amenities overall good deal

I was quite happy to see my room had a little bit of renovations to it and it was fairly modern (no carpet, thankfully). The bathroom had a new vanity, but the contractor did a poor job of installing it. I did not hear anyone else in the hallways. With that said, I was on the third floor and there is no elevator, so I am guessing most people avoided the third floor for this reason. The stairwell is looking a bit rough, but I assume that was because everyone has to lug their luggage up and down. Staff were quite peasant and I did not have an issue with parking! I'd stay here again.

The room was great! Very comfortable with fridge and microwave and huge tv. Only issue was that there must be a side door of the building or at the pizza shop attached that was so loud that it shakes the floor and bed when it’s closed and this was disruptive and woke me up late at night/early morning hours. Other than that would stay here again!
