We had a fabulous 3 days in Suites on king. The Royal (Lilibet) suite is very clean & spacious with a full kitchen, really comfy bed and private patio. Its in back of the building and very quiet. There's on site parking and the location is perfect for exploring the town and the area. It was a great place to stay and we'd definitely stay again.

Great location! Great parking! Clean! Lots of amenities tea coffee, snacks, toothbrush/toothpaste, large bottle of shampoo and conditioner! Balcony amazing. Be advised you will have to climb stairs but worth it!!!

Very clean suite. Spacious and comfortable. Full cooking facilities and very well appointed kitchen and dining facilities. Bathroom clean and again well appointed. Balcony was lovely. Unfortunately there was a request to not use the barbecue , given the weather was unseasonably warm for October this was a significant disappointment.

Lilibet Suite: The property and room was very clean. Very easy check-in with excellent communication from the owner. Close designated parking for each suite. Kitchen was stalked with everything needed and lots of linens and towels, etc. I would highly recommend staying here.

Suites on King has a location that can't be beat. Our suite (the Diana) had a wonderful balcony, comfortable bed, and an excellent bathroom. The included parking lot space saves you from wasting time looking for a place to park in town - and you can walk easily to the theatres, shops, and restaurants (the Harp is 30 seconds from your door)! NOTE: If you have trouble with stairs, this in NOT the place for you - there is NO elevator, and it is a long flight of stairs up to all three suites!!

great unit, with ideal location in the heart of Niagara on the Lake. Steps to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocery store. unit was well equipped and clean. the terrace was an added bonus and a great location to enjoy a glass of local wine in the cool of the evening. would stay there again.

Perfect NOTL getaway!

Very cute! Absolute perfect location for exploring historic NOTL. The place was very clean and even had toiletries provided- loved the toothbrushes! Only thing that was not the most ideal was the pullout bed was not actually a mattress but the couch pulled out and formed like a segmented platform. There’s a foam topper that definitely helped, but it was most comfortable for only one sleeper closest to the back of the couch.
