Excellent value

I chose to stay at the Best Western Niantic for one night during a business trip based on reviews. Staff was pleasant and helpful. My room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, it was quiet, and I slept very well. That's a win for me! I did not eat the breakfast because of time, but it looked like a plentiful and decent assortment of food. I would stay here again if I need to be in that part of the state in the future.

Great hotel

From the moment we arrived, we encountered a slight hiccup with our third-party booking. However, the manager was exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a room that met our needs and expectations. This personalized attention immediately set a positive tone for our stay. The room itself was modern and well-appointed. We were impressed by the updated amenities, including a convenient mini-fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were small and lacking in size. We wished they were larger and provided more support for a truly restful night's sleep. The bathroom featured a spacious walk-in shower, and we were delighted to discover a separate room with a powerful jacuzzi. The jets were impressively strong, providing a truly relaxing experience. An additional TV and a comfortable chair in this room were welcome extras that added to the room's appeal. Breakfast was a highlight of our stay. The spread was impressive, offering a variety of options including: - Cheese omelets - Gravy and biscuits - Waffle maker - Bagels and bread - Pastries - Individual oatmeal packages Overall, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Considering the excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and great value for the price, we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to other travelers.
