Although I arrived quite late, someone was there to greet me and to explained how everything worked. The amenities were very nice. This might be the only VRBO that provided soap, toilet paper for more than one day, garbage bags. The host was quite generous and it was very much appreciated. I loved this place. It is smack in the center of town. The apartment is small but the patio doubles the space.

Perfect location. Spotless. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Fab terrace. Only complaint is bed is very small if you are a tall couple and very hard, but I’d put with it to stay in this cute wee gem again.

Great place

This was a lovely gem. Everything you could want in a great location, just off Place Massena. Good communication from the owner and she actually greeted us on checkin to introduce and show us round. Good information in the apartment too and great terrace/balcony. Would stay again and definitely recommend!

Great Apt she lefr wine water biscuts coffee and tea and a map . Met me at property. Responded to all Correspondence. Great location to public transport and the sea many shops bakeries . Only thing tv all in french . So you may want to bring laptop . I watched my phone in the evening. 😆

Awesome Property

Great Location. We loved staying at this property. Very accommodating Host. We visited Nice for our anniversary and stayed 8 days. Our flight arrived early on Friday morning so I contacted Danielle to see if we could either check in early or if she knew a place where we could store our luggage until check in time. She met us at her property at 10am which allowed us to unpack, unwind and to start our vacation early. We re-booked this property for next year mid way through our stay. Highly recommended!!!

We didn’t want to leave.

We agree with the other reviews that this is a perfect apartment, we made the most of the terrace by enjoying our meals in the sunshine or simply chilling out at the end of the day with a glass of rosé. Our holiday ended far too quickly and we would love to return one day.

An easy walk to the promenade and old town. The balcony was a treat to sit on in the evening after a long day. The kitchen was well appointed and it seemed that everything one could need was provided for.

Beautiful little studio. Perfect for our week in Nice. Excellent location right in the heart of Nice next to Place Massena. The terrace gives a welcome sun spot, private and with good views to the north of the city. Great shopping area, and easy for trams. Couldnt fault it. We will be back

A centrally-located gem!

This was our second stay in this lovely, well-equipped studio apartment. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, who reminded us of how things worked and who was available straight away during the week when we had a question. The apartment's location is ideal for the city centre, the Old Town, the beach, shops, restaurants, trams and buses, and is very peaceful despite being so central. The level of cleanliness was extremely high and the roomy terrace was perfect for enjoying the best of the weather. We certainly hope to return!

This was a truly wonderful stay and everything that was promised was delivered, with even a little more. It’s a great time that me and my wife had, the only thing I can think of is that the bed was on the harder side me and my wife prefer a softer one but it really wasn’t bad, also my feet hung off of he edge I’m only 5,10. So if you are taller this may be a bigger issue. Overall it was a great time and the scenery and convenience of this property is truly exceptional it is not to far from all of the tourist and fun things to do, (market, beach, shopping, hiking) thank you Danielle

Fantastic

The apartment is exactly as pictured, very comfortable and in a fantastic location. Danielle met us at check-in and showed us everything we would need to know for our stay. She even checked our flight arrival, which was a bit early, so she would meet us on time! We could tell she takes a lot of pride in maintaining her unit and making sure everything is just perfect. We had a wonderful trip to Nice, such a beautiful city! And it was made even better by staying in a great apartment in a very central location!

Nice apartment in Nice

We had a wonderful 4 days in Danielle's well- presented, quiet, centrally located and immaculately clean apartment. The huge balcony made the stay extra special. Danielle met us for check-in and explained a few things. A perfect place for a base in Nice.
