- a living area with a sitting area equipped with a bed (80x200 ou 160x200) and an attractive dining area;
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- and a functional shower room.
The apartment is bright, with a large bay window.
You'll have everything you need for a pleasant stay, including: wifi, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, washing machine, fridge, elevator, cot, fan, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The studio is ideally located :
- in a new, secure residence;
- a 5-minute walk from the tramway (Alsace Lorraine station)
- just a 10-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais and the sea.
For your daily needs, you'll find a Le Petit Casino mini-market just a two-minute walk away, as well as bakeries and cafés nearby.
During your stay, you can visit the emblematic sites that contribute to the city's renown, such as :
- Musée des Beaux-Arts de Nice, a 12-minute walk away;
