Exquisite 90m2(1000sqf)luxury 2 bedrooms Duplex condo located in the iconic Lido building, with private beach access directly under your unit with spectacular views of the Riviera. Embrace the luxury of being next to the exclusive Passable Beach club&restaurant This is a very exclusive waterfront living in St John Cap Ferrat, with beauty of the natural environment, next to a stunning coastal trail, offering an unparalleled retreat.


The space
The beach is exclusive to residents of the building and not open to the public. Additionally, the building provides amenities like a volleyball court, outdoor shower, ping pong table, and swings. There is residents parking on the premises . Additionally, we have 3 paddle boards available on request if you are feeling adventurous and do not miss the stunning coastal trail which starts next to the building. The apartment features 2 bedrooms, however can be turned into 3 separate rooms by folding the partition back in the master bedroom which has full king size bed and a sofa bed. There are two full size double beds, 140cm each in the 2nd bedroom which has its own en-suite. There are 2.5 full-size bathrooms. The beautiful patio offers a 180-degree view of the bay and can be used for al fresco dining. The apartment is equipped with a separate washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.
