The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Nice, in a luxury residence, with secure underground parking, 2 private swimming pools (adults and small children) and collective garden.

Easy to access and close to all amenities, the port (10 minutes on foot), the old town (15 minutes on foot) with its friendly shops and restaurants, supermarkets (10 'on foot from Intermarché and Carrefour) and from the sea (500m), on the 1st floor of a building with 4 floors of garage then 4 floors of apartments, so it is actually ... on the 5th floor, offering a panoramic view of the sea, the Baie des Anges, the Port, the old Castle of Nice and the city!

The access to the sea is fast (10 minutes on foot), by small green and flowered streets.

The comfortable interior has been completely refurbished.

The apartment is rented furnished and fully equipped, with secure private parking and charges included (water, electricity, air conditioning or heating depending on the season)

To get to the apartment from the airport:

- From the airport by bus:

take bus 98 or 99 (depending on the terminal of your plane) to the "Bus station" in the old town, where you can take 2 buses to the apartment: line 81 (direction St Jean Cap Ferrat) or line 100 (direction Menton / Monaco). Get off at the SAINT AIGNAN bus stop, about 800m after the port. Allow 30 to 45 minutes, depending on whether you get a bus directly on arrival or have to wait for the next one.

- From the airport by taxi:

a taxi from / to the airport costs 30-35 € (depending on the number of bags and the journey time) and takes 20-30 minutes, depending on the time and traffic.

To discover Nice and / or get around without a car:

- From the SAINT AIGNAN bus stop, opposite the apartment, lines 81 and 100 will take you to the Old Town in 5 minutes (one bus every 15-20 minutes).

- If you like walking: allow 10 minutes to get to the port (Vieux Port) and 15 minutes to Place Garibaldi, the start of the city center and Old Nice where you will find many shops (crafts, souvenirs, clothing, luxury. ..), tapas bars and very nice little restaurants.

Place Garibaldi, there is also the 'tram' which connects the most important places in Nice (shops, cultural, tourist places, bus and train station, cinemas ...), the supermarket 'Monoprix' and the cinema 'Mercure' (nearest, 15 minutes on foot).

Closest supermarkets:

- ‘Intermarché’ on the road from the port to the apartment (boulevard Lech Walesa) or ‘Carrefour’ 10 minutes walk (850m) higher on Boulevard Carnot (direction Villefranche)

- Both are open from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm, with free delivery to the apartment for any purchase of more than € 75 (also possible to order by internet).

For people who have a car: beware the height of the garage is 198 cm (if you have a roof box, remember to dismantle it before entering the garage!)

For people with reduced mobility: all the common areas are easily accessible (access ramps), but beware the dimensions of the lift are 80 cm x 145 cm, which is not suitable for all wheelchairs.
