Modern charm in old Nice, especially perfect for couples and lovely all year!
Enjoy life on the balcony, overlooking the Alps, the park and the charming Old Town in your home away from home. You are close to the beach, all attractions and the wonderful park The Green Flow - perfect for morning work-outs, strolls, gold simply relax. MAMAC is only 300 meters, the flower market (Cours Saleya), the opera a 5 minute walk from here.

At Kari is newly refurbished (2018) and is open, light and bright without clutter. The kitchen and dining area is spacious, has Scandinavian design and all appliances, there is a cozy lounging area in the kitchen.

The bedroom is lovely, with a king-size bed with luxury mattress, and it's own air-condition.

The living room is also spacious, and holds two super comfortable sofas. One can turn into a very comfortable sofa-bed. (140 cm).

The view is all about attractions, all types of restaurants, shops and transport. The beach is very close, less than 10 minutes walk.
The apartment is on the top floor (5th) of an old, typical Nice-building. There is an elevator to the 4th 1/2 floor, then just a few steps of stairs.

Even though this is a neighborhood with lots of fun going on (no nightclubs), the apartment is calm and quiet, even with windows open.

We enjoy getting fresh croissants from the baker on the ground of early morning, and really enjoy the neighborhood - it's the real Nice! You will love to stay here!

Ungenaue Angabe im Internet

Die Wohnung war sehr schön aber leider nicht wie im Onlineportal angegeben für vier Personen ausgelegt sondern nur für zwei als Paar. Das Sofa, was als Zusatzbett nutzen mussten war ungeeignet und kostete extra 30,00 . Somit war ein Zimmer auch nicht mehr als Wohnzimmer nutzbar.
