Ideally located in the heart of the beautiful and elegant Marina Baie des Anges, this modern and warm apartment is the perfect base for your stay on the Côte d'Azur.
You will stay in a comfortable, air-conditioned studio with WIFI connection, in the Le Baronnet building, in Villeneuve Loubet.
Located on the 7th floor, you will enjoy a magnificent view of the marina, the sea and the Baie des Anges, all the way to the mountains of the Nice hinterland.
From the reception, you will access the apartment by elevator.
It consists of:
- a private entrance hall.
- an entrance with cupboard (wardrobe and shelves),
- a corridor with a second cupboard (shelves and washing machine),
- a bathroom with toilet (bathtub, heated towel rail, hairdryer),
- a living room with a dining area facing a fully equipped kitchenette (hob, microwave, mini oven, top fridge with freezer), a living room with a sofa, very comfortable, convertible into a real bed for 2 people 140cm x 190cm (wooden slatted base), a coffee table, a TV on a nice living room furniture.
For more comfort, you have the following household appliances : an electric kettle, a filter coffee maker, a Tassimo coffee machine, a toaster, a blender, a fondue maker, a plancha as well as the kitchen essentials (towels-dishes, tea towels, dishwashing liquid, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar...).
You also have hand soap and toothbrush glasses in the bathroom, an ironing board and iron.
Bathroom linen and bed linen are provided.
