Villa de rêve!

Je donnerais 6 étoiles si je le pouvais! La villa est magnifique, tout est neuf, propre et aménagé avec beaucoup de goûts et de soins. L'espace de stationnement est pratique nous avons adoré le jardin. Le cartier est très agréable, tranquille et à proximité de tout. Mais surtout, Elvira et Samuel sont des hôtes vraiment sympathiques qui nous ont offert un accueil chaleureux et attentionné. Ils ont veillé à ce que tout soit parfait tout au long de notre séjour. Définitivement, cet hébergement a surpassé nos attentes sur tous les points et nous y avons passé des vacances exceptionnelles. Nous rêvons déjà d'y retourner.

Home away from home.

Ruhige Basis zum Erkunden der Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist in einem Anbau. Eingang und Garten sind separat. Die Vermieter wohnen im Haupthaus und kommen in Person zur Begrüßung und zur Verabschiedung. Es gibt einen Parkplatz auf dem Hof. Im Garten stehen diverse Gartenmöbel für das warme Wetter. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Am Fluss entlang erreicht man nach 10 Minuten den Marktplatz, wo man bei La Gourmandine leckere Brote kaufen kann. Es gibt such einen Wanderweg am anderen Ufer. Mit dem Auto kommt man schnell zum nahegelegenen Supermarche. Der Ort Villeneuve-Loubet hat auch schöne Gassen, die den Berg hinaufführen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr neu und sauber wie unbenutzt. Der Wohnraum ist groß und hat ein bequemes Sofa. Die Küche ist sehr modern mit einer Candy Herdplatte ausgestattet. Ggf. Schlosstaste lange drücken, um Kindersicherung zu lösen. Töpfe müssen mindestens so groß sein wie die umkreiste Fläche. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, eins unten und eins oben, jeweils mit WC und komfortabler Regendusche. Leider fehlen Topper. Die Matratze unten ist zu hart und sollte ersetzt werden. Klimaanlage in jedem der drei Räume. Das morgendliche Heizen zum Frühstück war effektiv. Ein Druck auf die Taste mit dem Sonnensymbol genügt. Wir haben Wanderwege an der Küste zwischen Ferrat und Frejus aufgesucht. Diese Unterkunft war als Ausgangslager und Rückzugsort sehr gut geeignet. Wir würden gern wiederkommen (wenn die Betten verbessert sind).

Amazing house, incredible host

Everything was over the top perfect, one of the best stays in my life. The hosts are incredibly friendly and always there if you need anything. The house is clean and everything is new. Smells amazing & beautiful terrace with a garden outside. Highly recommend.

Bob and I had a great Vacation at your lovely place. Our 2 daughters enjoyed the apartment as well. Samuel and Elvira are first rate hosts. Cute little town of Villeneuve Lobet. 10 min walk to the bus stop from the house, and then bus to Nice. Thank you

Das Haus ist sehr schön, modern und sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig aber in Laufweite von einem kleinem Supermarkt 'Le Petit Casino' und dem alten, hübschen Ortskern in dem es Bars und Restaurants gibt. Es gibt einen ordentlichen Gasgrill im Garten! Das Haus liegt gut gelegen um Nizza, Monaco, Cannes und Antibes zu besichtigen. Die Vermieter Sam und Elvie sind super nett!

We had a fantastic stay in this well-equipped and charming villa. The kitchen had everything we needed (including an outdoor grill), and we enjoyed having breakfast outside each morning. With two bathrooms, it was very practical for us as a family of five. The sofa bed in the living room worked perfectly, and all three bedrooms had AC – although the house itself stayed pleasantly cool.The hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful, doing everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. There’s private parking by the house (a bit tight if you have a large car), and street parking was always available.The location was great – a perfect base for exploring both Nice and Cannes. But what surprised us the most was how incredibly charming the old village of Villeneuve-Loubet is! Narrow cobblestone streets, a fantastic wine bar and restaurant on the square, and a lovely butcher where we bought high-quality ingredients for the meals we prepared at home. There’s also a bakery on the square where we picked up fresh croissants and baguettes every morning.We would love to come back – to explore more, or simply to sit at the square with a glass of local white wine. Thank you for the warm hospitality and great service!

Wonderful days in Villeneuve Loubet

We stayed with 3 children (10, 11, 13) a week at the Côte d'Azur in the house of Sam and Elvie. The house is very clean, quiet with a nice garden, terrace and BBQ so we stayed most of the evenings there. The old part of Villeneuve Loubet is just 5 min by feet away and a nice small provencal village where you find a bakery, butcher and a small super market. In 5 min distance by car you find an Intermarche or E.Leclerc and even a shopping mall. Nearby to the house you find the crystal clear river Loup where you can even cool your feet in the evenings. Sam and Elvie are wonderful hosts. Very friendly and helpful so as we had some problems with my car, Sam recommended a garage of a friend and even drove me there - Thanks Sam! We would always love to come again, can highly recommend it and already think about booking our next holidays there for 2025.

Super schönes Haus

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Villneuve-Loubet. Elvie und Sam waren tolle Gastgeber. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, hochwertige Möbel, viel Platz, 3 Klimaanlagen, 2 Bäder, toller Garten. Der kleine Ort ist sehr nett. Zum Meer sind wir immer mit dem Auto gefahren. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Nach Nizza ist es auch nicht weit. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

La casa è come da descrizione, nuova, spaziosa, con uno splendido spazio all'aperto. Attrezzata per cucinare e vivere come a casa propria. Unica " scomodità " il piccolo bagno al piano terra senza un ricircolo aria e l'assenza dei bidet nei bagni come di norma in Francia. Posizione tranquilla. Comodo per raggiungere località di mare e culturali nei dintorni. Accoglienza calorosa, disponibili e discreti. Hanno preparato anche un libro per informazioni di tutti i generi. E ci hanno accolto con una bottiglia di ottimo rose. Che dire se non grazie e speruamo a presto

Petite maison bien sympathique pour 4 personnes, tout est neuf , nous avons apprécié la petite chambre à l’étage avec sa salle de bain, déco chaleureuse, literie très confortable. Pour information les propriétaires habitent la maison juste à côté, mais très discret. Des immeubles de 3 étages justes à côté mais pas dérangeant. Nous pouvons aller chercher le pain à pied c’est bien appréciable. Je vous recommande cette location sans problème

Très agréable Séjour

Des propriétaires charmants et disponibles, une location de qualité très bien équipée et d'une propreté irréprochable. Grâce au temps clément en ce mois de février, nous avons même pu déjeuner sur la terrasse ! Très belle ballade, à 20 mn à pied de la mer via une forêt. Bref tout était parfait !

Quel plaisir de découvrir une maison aussi propre et parfaitement équipée. Nous y avons séjourné 1 semaine en décembre et en famille, dès les premières minutes nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Sam et sa femme nous ont très bien accueillis et ont été très disponibles. Merci à tous les deux pour votre sympathie et vos délicates attentions ( Très beau sapin de Noël et bouteille de vin de la région). On recommande !!!
