Hoping for a bit extra

Staff were great, especially the reception team and guy working the bar (forgot his name). Hotel was a little noisy due to street noise and could hear the room above walking around. Rooms were also quite small (even taking into account it was France) and for the price I just expected a little bit more. If you plan to use the Spa please remember to reserve a 1 hour time slot in advance but as per the above theme its fairly small and limited for the price. Overall we had a good time and would stay again.

Not the best hotel for the price , we weren’t there for longer than a night but I think room was super small and carpet in rooms is not our thing at all. Door staff were lovely. TVs are old couldn’t get apps

Westminster was highly recommended. It's a nice hotel - with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. The staff are kind. However, there is no concierge, so they try, but not very well iinformed. The hotel needs some repairs. The bath tub didn't hold water, since the stopper didn't work. The sink water didn't drain well. The coffee maker didn't work well - I had to pull out the old coffee before adding new one - or else the cover wouldn't close. Both of their emails weren't working, so I couldn't get my boarding pass printed.

Westminster Hotel & Spa was a Disaster

From the time I made the reservation last week until the time I checked out this morning, it was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered in all my years staying in luxury hotels. The Hotels.com rep was very professional and actually tried to reconcile the problems and even he was treated rudely by the Westminster Hotel reservation manager, Jaclyn. Besides difficulties with the reservation, the smelled awful when I checked in, I asked for a room change, but instead sent some cleaning person to stick an “air deodorizer” in the room that did nothing. The room’s amenities were sub par as well and the bathroom/shower more like a Motel 6, again a disgraceful experience at the Westminster Hotel & Spa

Westminster is right in front of the beaches of the promenades- convenient access to restaurants, shopping, tourism activity and even water leisure. Main issue I have is lack of access to the spa for family with children. We wanted to pay for access but children aren’t allowed. We don’t have anyone to drop our kids to hence we never got to enjoy the spa. Feeedback to the hotel management- most spa have specific dedicated time for kids to access- this would still maintain adult exclusivity at certain times. Denying couple with children is really poor in my opinion

Beautiful views as well as easy access to the beach. Convenient location. Lovely room, spacious. Nice spa and liked that we could just use spa facilities without booking a service (as all were fully booked). Staff was wonderful.

The Hotel location is excellent, just by the beach, one block away from a covered parking if you rent a car and walking distance to the Metro - Train - and tourist spots. The hotel is a 4 star by European standards, a 3 or 2+ by Dubai standards. The staff has an "attitude", you need to land and be ready to be tolerant and not engage in discussions or get frustrated. Surprising really that the customer care culture for a popular hotel in a city like Nice simply neglects the enjoyment of their guests. Our sea-view Room was very small and super standard. The bathroom in particular tiny uncomfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Westminster hotel, the view from our room was one of the best views we have ever had the pleasure of waking up to. The breakfast was fabulous, everyone was very friendly and I would definitely be back to stay again.
