Villa 'Lux' with Sea Views, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The property features a fully equipped kitchen with a grill, three coffee machines (Italian, Nespresso, and a built-in machine for freshly ground coffee), coffee, ice, sugar, sweetener, extra virgin olive oil, salt, spices, and mineral water. The kitchen also includes a breakfast bar and a work table with a glass top and an LED lamp with adjustable brightness and light type.



Outside, you'll find a large seawater pool with natural chlorine and neutral pH, plus a smaller pool that cascades into the main one—ideal for sensitive skin, children, and anyone seeking a pleasant experience. The jacuzzi in the main suite can be set up as a true spa for up to six people and is available for an extra fee upon request.
