Had a great vacation, small little maintenance items with the house that really didn't detract from our vacation. The island is so beautiful and plenty of things to do. We used the private chef that the host told us about and would recommend him to family and friends going to Aruba. Views from the balcony at the house were so nice. It's a perfect spot for the sunset.

Spacious & Modern Home on Aruba Coast

This Vrbo is perfect for a large group visiting Aruba! The location was ideal—both walkable and drivable from key beaches. There were plenty of rooms for everyone in the group, and we enjoyed the on site pool & grill. Recommend.

Whole Family Vacation

The house was beautiful just like the photos. The location was great. Away from the crowds but walking distance to Palm Beach. We were a group of 15 ages 25 to 87 and everyone was happy. The kitchen had plenty of service items. We cooked a few nights at home with ease A/C was nice and cold and the property was clean and well kept If you are a big group I would definitely recommend The second floor suite is amazing! Hosts were very responsive

Friends get away from the cold

Lovely home and location was pretty good - we did rent a car to make it easier to get around, taxi is available but a little spendy. the house was nice - lots of rooms and private baths. the pool was great. it would have been nice to have a physical book with nearby restaurants, grocery stores, beaches etc. we had to fend for ourselves to find things, We did use an amazing Concierge service barbulet concierge Our contact was named Freya who absolutely made our stay go from good to AMAZING!! she did all the back work for reservations etc. highly recommend using this service! it made our stay so simple to plan.

Floors & shower not working
no response till 2 days

My son in law fell walking into house first day, wet, broke two toes! There had been strip there but removed! PURE HAZZARD!!One shower didn’t work, contact them, came next day to fix, only to find once we use it 
.the hot water wouldn’t shut off. Took 2 days with water running on into the bathroom
when they finally came the man said it ruin the hot water heater
:there fault for not coming when called!! So the water was never very hot after!! This is not a way to run a business for the all the money I pass
.now have to deal with medical expenses on top of it all!I will see what my lawyer will have to say about getting some money back for expenses!

Aruba 2024 - 40th Birthday Celebration

We booked this house to celebrate a 40th birthday. We were looking for a place that could hold all of us under one roof and celebrate together. The place couldn't have been more perfect for that. The Master Bedroom is incredible....but all the rest were very accommodating as well and the large living area was the perfect place for us to come together in the evenings and laugh and reminisce. The location is fantastic. A quick 5 minute drive into town (taxis arrive within 10 minutes always) and we were able to enjoy the ocean and small beaches within walking distance. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

Overall a nice home. A little dated. Location was about 20 min drive for our planned activities. Beach is literally across the street but it is the rocky part. Would recommend.

Amazing stay!

Very pleased with our rental and time in Aruba. The island is beautiful and the house was very clean and had amazing views. The management team got back with us quickly with any minor issues we had! 5stars! Hope to stay again sometime soon.

THE BEST IN ARUBA FOR A FAMILY OF 12+

What can beat a 5 star review? —Although less than a month has passed since our stay here, we have booked again for the 2023 holidays. What you see in the tantalizing property photo, exactly what you get! Breathtaking! Grand, bright, open design with glorious rooms, spacious kitchen, dining and common areas. Important to note that this was the only property offering bedrooms to *comfortably accommodate 12 adults and 1 child. Two rooms, adjacent to the beautiful pool, the perfect spot for those needing quieter quarters from the noise/activity in the main house. The warm, expeditious and well-organized Barbulet Concierge staffers were phenomenally helpful, every step of the way, assisting with housekeeping needs, grocery ordering—whatever came into play, necessary for an unforgettable vacation. Did I mention * immaculate:)! = Spotless! always at the top of our list in any home away from home. The only element that needs improvement: number of towels provided to guests!:) Yes, there is a laundry room— but on vacation I prefer to leave all housekeeping behind. Awesome if this could be taken up a notch with larger “ rations” of beach + bath linens. To quote our 6 year old grandson, “ this is THE BEST vacation I’ve ever had.” We are all thrilled to be returning this coming winter. A special note of gratitude to Freya and her lovelies!

The house was located in such a great location. Close to everything, with an breathtaking view! The hosts were very quick to respond when we needed assistance. The house is accommodating with just enough rooms and bathrooms, and a large common area where we spent a lot of time. It was a great stay and I would love to be back and stay here!

Great Vacation House!

The property was ready for us when we arrived. The house was spotless—great views looking out to the ocean. The house is located on a fairly busy road but we could not hear cars/noise from inside the house and cars were slow because of the speed bumps. The backyard/courtyard was very comfortable and relaxing - all our nights ended there watching the kids in the pool. The kitchen needed more items, such as bowls and serving dishes. The Pool lights worked only one night after it was fixed. Casiola did come out to the house promptly each time we called with an issue. Casiola Customer Service was top-notch! Overall we all had a great time. Thank you!

Great home that needs repairs

The home has so much potential and I am certain was once very beautiful; however, with all of the repairs that are needed it was a little disappointing. The locks on the doors didn't operate properly, the AC units in a few rooms were not operating properly, the grill did not work as intended and the furniture was damaged. Home needs a lot of work.

Cute Home

The home was cut, and appeared just as advertised. The only major complaint I have is with regards to communication with the property manager. The after hours number required me to leave a voicemail message, which wasn’t responded to until the following day. I requested for the propane tank for the outdoor grill to be replaced. We weren’t able to use it, because there was no propane. The neighborhood was nice, and the backyard was adorable.
