In the 2019-2020 newly built property in a central location, directly on Norddeicher Str., The whole family experiences a first-class holiday in the beautiful Norddeich. The orientation of the apartment and the terrace are quiet with a view of the countryside.
Experience a top-quality stay for up to 8 people in our luxurious holiday home: Breathtaking comfort combined with a wonderful ambience and first-class facilities. This extensive, luxurious vacation home promises you an experience for the whole family. The apartment is equipped with numerous special features that will make your stay even more pleasant.

Stylish, flexible and modern - in our very well equipped kitchen you will be tempted to try tasty, unusual recipes and let your cooking and baking imagination run wild. A luxurious Bora cooktop, a comfortable quooker (replaces the kettle directly from the tap), a wine cooler with two temperature zones and a fantastic kitchen equipment will delight you.
In the bright and comfortable living and dining room, you have the opportunity to make yourself comfortable on the great feel-good landscape and enjoy a cozy TV evening on the TV in HD quality.
A 180x200 cm luxury box spring bed is available in the bedrooms. A flat-screen TV is available here. You can find storage space for your luggage in the wardrobe. Adjacent to the one bedroom on the upper floor is another bedroom - equipped as a children's room.

Außergewöhnlich schönes Ferienhaus

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Ferienhaus war rundum gelungen. Die Buchung und der Check-in haben problemlos geklappt. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Die Küche ist hochwertig und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Naja

Es ist kein frei stehendes Haus, direkt vor meinem Fenster waren vier Balkone und Terrassen.keine Fliegen Gitter und es wimmelt nur so von Mücken. Das Haus ist sehr dunkel man muss immer das Licht anmachen .Fischreste waren im Filter vom Herd,es war sehr ekelhaft und hat gestunken. Ich musste mehrmals anrufen um an den Schlüssel zu kommen .

Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben, sehr schön. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen, war nur für unser Dafürhalten zu weit weg vom Strand. Was uns aber vorher bekannt war.

Keine Kritik, nur Verbesserungsvorschlag

Für uns war es schade, dass das "Kinderzimmer" mit den bunten Teppichen, die unsere Tochter (3) großartig fand, nicht abzudunkeln war. Da aber genug Platz im ganzen Haus für uns war, und die weiteren Schlafräume mit Außenrollläden bestückt sind, fanden wir eine Lösung. Wir haben uns schon beim Eintreten pudelwohl und besser als zu Hause gefühlt!

Gelungener Urlaub

Ein wirklich schönes Ferienhaus. Wir haben unseren Urlaub als Familie mit 2 Rollstühlen sehr genossen. Kleine Verbesserungen wäre aber noch möglich, es hängen in jeden Raum außer den Bädern Flachbild Fernseher. Vielleicht hätte man auf den ein oder anderen TV verzichten können. Und stattdessen Möbel fürs Kinderzimmer dort steht nur das Bett und hängt der TV an der Wand. Auch eine Mikrowelle wäre nützlich gewesen. Sonst aber absolut empfehlenswert.

Hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Kontakt mit der Agentur, Check In, Check Out. Sauberes, modern ausgestattetes Haus. Parkplatz für ein Auto direkt vor dem Objekt. Ca. 2 KM vom Meer entfernt. Absolute Weiterempfehlung.

Ein super modernes Ferienhaus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Man kann sowohl in großer Runde nett zusammen sitzen, aber sich auch in seine privaten Räumlichkeiten zurück ziehen. Jedes Schlafzimmer ist mit einem eigenen Bad ausgestattet, was unser persönliches Highlight war. Der Garten ist jedoch etwas klein (nur in den Sommermonaten von Bedeutung) und in der Nebensaison haben viele Restaurants leider geschlossen. Abschliessend ist die Entfernung zum Strand für die Sommermonate aus meiner Sicht ebenfalls etwas weit.

Sehr schöne, moderne Ferienwohnung!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und es fehlte an nix! Leider...das hat aber nix mit der FeWo zu tun...ist der Januar nicht die beste Jahreszeit, um nach Norddeich zu reisen. Fast alle Geschäfte und Restaurants hatten Betriebsferien...das trübte leider etwas unseren Aufenthalt! Aber im Sommer kommen wir sicher nochmal wieder!
