Zentrale, saubere Wohnung, nur leider hört man bei verlängerten Wochenende nachts Stimme aus dem Hof oder von der Straße. Fön und Shampoo fehlten. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Herzlichen Dank an den Vermieter

Nicht nochmal

Ich kann leider nur Mängel aufzählen! Der Balkon ist verdreckt und das Unkraut wächst schon! In der Küche läuft mehr Wasser neben dem Wasserhahn, als in das Spülbecken. Wenn man die Spülmaschine anmacht, geht die Sicherungen raus, bei jedem Programm. Das „Sofa“ ist Sperrmüll.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Allerdings war die Spülmaschine und der Wasserhahn in der Küche defekt. Mehrere Lampen funktionierten nicht, weil die Glühbirnen defekt waren. Trotz Mails und Anrufen meinerseits wurde jedoch nicht zurückgerufen um sich um die Probleme zu kümmern.

Wohnung Meeresrauschen vom 21.-25.10.2024

Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr schön. Wir waren zu dritt, ein Erwachsener und zwei Kinder und hatten einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub. Wichtig: Die Schlafcouch ist als zusätzliches Bett nicht nutzbar. Der Kopfbereich hängt runter (die Couch ist defekt) und viel zu kurz. Für 1,65 m passte sie schon nicht mehr. Die Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht, hat aber auch nicht weiter gestört. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für zwei Personen, es sei denn die Couch wird erneuert.

Kleine FeWo für 2 Personen, tolle Lage

+ Kleine ruhige FeWo mit schönem Westbalkon für 2 Personen, die Lage ist top. - Schimmel am Duschkopf und in den Fensterlaibungen, Spinnweben an der Decke, Spülmaschine war defekt. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn der Eigentümer/Verwalter die Wohnung öfter mal in Augenschein nimmt, die Sauberkeit kontrolliert und die Mängel zeitnah beseitigt. Wir hatten trotzdem eine schöne Woche auf Norderney.

Hallo, die Wohnung macht einen mittelmäßigen Eindruck. Aktuell sind die Spülmaschine und das Schlafsofa ohne Funktion. Das Schlafsofa ist definitiv nicht zu gebrauchen, die Wohnung ist somit nur für 2 Personen geeignet. Der Fernseher funktioniert, allerdings sind die Sender komplett verstellt.

Kleine aber feine Unterkunft mit toller Lage!

Die Lage ist inmitten der Stadt und somit sehr zentral zu Geschäften, Gastronomie aber auch dem Strand. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber gewesen. Leider haben wir die Vermieter vorab weder telefonisch noch schriftlich erreicht. Es hat trotzdem alles geklappt.

Nette Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung war insgesamt für einen Aufenthalt für zwei Personen völlig ok, mit einem Kind eher unvorteilhaft. Die Couch ist zum schlafen nicht geeignet, egal ob jung oder alt! Die Lage hingegen ist genial! Leider funktionierte die Spülmaschine nicht. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt in meinen Augen nicht! Die Kommunikation könnte besser sein!

Leider war es für eine 3. erwachsene Person nicht möglich auf dem Sofa zu schlafen. Die Wohnung ist eigentlich nur für 2 Personen geeignet. Außerdem ist keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Scheinbar kaputt, es wäre schön die zu ersetzen
