Der Kontakt zur Wohnungsverwaltung hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Wohnung selbst verdient eine Grundsanierung: uralte Teppiche, Lampen, Wandverkleidungen; es herrscht ein leicht muffiger Geruch, die Klingelanlage funktioniert nicht; die Heizung musste erstmal entlüftet werden...Das Badezimmer ist in Ordnung. Die Matratzen sind sehr hart und hatten keinen Schonbezüge...Der Blick aus dem Fenster macht wohl den Preis, denn der ist beeindruckend.

Es war alles super, außer es hat stark in der ganzen Wohnug auch die Betten nach Zigaretten gerochen. Es war zu wenig Geschirr, Der Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer war wunderschön.

E-Herd defekt, Wasserkocher undicht, Teppich grauenhaft, Staubsauger funktioniert nicht. Betten und Bad okay. Der Balkon ist wunderschön, konnten ihn ab wegen schlechtem Wetter nur bedingt genießen.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön (wie auch beschrieben). Nur 100 Meter bis zum Meer. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
