One of the housekeeping staff stopped me and my son as we were walking back from the beach, to ensure we saw the dolphins just off the shore AND a submarine...we almost missed it and would have, had he not stopped us. Good people working here, very quick walk to the beach, and convenient to the overall area.

All the staff we interacted with was very nice. Despite being the of season and right before a holiday, the breakfast trays were tensed to and the food was warm. Small hiccup when we arrived remedied quickly. Very nice view.

I never found the breakfast room. First night i had a hot shower. The next shower ibhad no hot water. Was hot at the spout but as soon as i pulled the button for shower it went cold. People above took a shower and you cluld hear water dripping. I found a puddle forming from water coming from under the kick board of bathroom. Right below where it was dripping. The $30 per pet PER NIGHT was ridiculous. I was travelling with 2. I can see a fee but refund at least half when staying for longer than a night!! I was there for 4 nights! The fees DOUBLED my price to stay!!
