• There are NO PARTIES ALLOWED! We are in a quiet, tight-knit, residential community. Our neighbors will not hesitate to report any excessive noise to the Police and to us! Immediate eviction with **NO REFUND** will result if there is a party on the property.

This modern home has all the amenities needed to give you the comfort you desire in a vacation home. We are Pet Friendly (fees apply) and offer off street parking in our garage (please keep driveway clear as it is shared with a neighbor). This Beach House consists of 4 Bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, an attached garage, a back deck with a retractable awning, a large backyard that is perfect for your 4 legged friends, beautiful waterfront views from the west side of the home, and best of all we are right on the water. Our private little beach is perfect for swimming and wading.
For the fishermen, we have caught croaker, spot, blues, strippers and flounder all from the shore of our private beach!
We've just installed a large 65" Smart TV that includes a basic cable package. Perfect for you Netflix, Hulu, etc.
It's a perfect place to launch canoes and kayaks, and I offer them for a small fee. Please contact me about them.

Please understand that once a reservation has been made, we do not revisit/refund if you have reduced the number of guests or have chosen to not travel with your pet. Quiet hours begin at 9 PM.

This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise.
