The hotel is outdated with only one working elevator, faulty room keys, and a musty smell throughout. Floors were scratched up, and it feels like money is spent on décor instead of real improvements. I won’t stay here again next time I’ll choose Hilton or Embassy Suites.

I checked in at 4:00 . Didn’t go to the room just picked up the key. At 11:30 after the event We Go to the assigned to the handicapped accessible room with my special needs son. My key works but someone has the latch locked. The man was yelling and rude. Yell go see the manager so after all day with my son in a wheelchair go back downstairs. The manager placed us in another accessible room but was not what we were promised. After all the stress I noticed the room was not clean. I had taken off my shoes walking on the floor my feet were filthy. If I could I would send you the picture I took of how BLACK my feet were. Unbelievable! For the money spent and the filth and stress I will not go to this Wyndham Gardens again ! No apologies from anyone. But Mr Davis, the man that was complaining about me that was in our room received many apologies and a discount! If you are booking there you should think about it twice!
The temperature outside that evening was 79 degrees. In our room the temperature was 75.  We were sweating trying to sleep.

Not the best but I was ok

Initially, I thought it was gonna be a great place to stay for an anniversary getaway. Upon arriving the inside of the place, the lobby area looked amazing, but as I got to the room, I’m guessing they were doing some type of renovation so there were microwaves and coffee machines outside of the rooms the room that I initially booked, I had to settle for a double bed room instead of a king size room. throughout the entire weekend, other patrons in the hotel were extremely loud running up and down the halls. Sounds like a couple of arguments were happening, and it was kind of unsettling. There are times where you walk out into the hallways and into the elevator that it smelt like paraphernalia. room service was down majority of the weekend. They were only refreshing towels and that’s about it. The parking was horrible due to an event at the scope. The parking lot for the hotel was jam packed, and there was no spaces for people staying at the hotel to park. I had to ride around a few times just to find a parking space. but for the most part, it was fairly clean on the outside appearance needs to be brought up to par power washing. Inside the building the paint in the walls in the hallway areas had cracks and chunks missing.
