We have stayed here previously and had no complaints/issues, but this time was not restful for my husband nor myself. There was no cleaning of our room per request to CSR on video screen on our second (back-to-back) reservations. After the 1st reservation my husband was advised to get his own towels (self-service) and that we couldn’t receive room service because we had to request upon check-in. We did ask for room service upon the 2nd reservation (3rd night stay) and never received it. The Main issues expoerienced: 1. No clean towels, we had to contact the front desk twice and the front desk had to deliver to them to our room, 2. No room service, or cleaning of our room for the entire stay, 3. We ran completely out of TP, but front desk staff delivered after 20 mins., 4. No sheets for 3rd night, front desk staff delivered and I had to make my own bed. 5. Was upgraded to a room that was on first floor which was a kitchenette with no eating utensils, or pots/pans and had to pay extra fir it. The room had numerous blemishes on the bathroom floor, etc. and the shower curtain bar was extremely rusted, 6. We were told that wet towels we have used were to be returned to the kaudryroom, for cleaning, by us. It really just felt like we were staying in a hostel. :-( Plus: 1. A free cold bottle of water upon the upgrade, 2. Offered a % off future stay which we declined because we don’t wish to come back, 3. A very efficiet check-in process with a video conference system, 4. snack

Modern facility with issues

Good: bed was comfortable, facilities were modern, the lights are high-efficiency the person on duty was very helpful generous with towels. the climate control worked well. Bad: - checking in was done by a remote person. It was slow and inconvenient. The connection dropped in the middle of checking in. We had to wait about ten minutes for it to come back up. - the door of the bathroom wouldn't close or latch. - the lights were partially automatically controlled. They kept turning off automatically while I was working on my computer. - the lights were high temperature and very harsh. having softer lighting would be good. - the bathtub was as slick as glass - a real fall threat. - dispensers of soap in the shower were mislabeled

The check in situation was ridiculous, with a desk person present, but the check in itself having to be completed at a kiosk with a person in some remote location. The connection was terrible and the 'call' to check in took way longer than it needed to. I booked a room for 7 days, and as it turned out one more day was needed. The facility would not let me extend the stay for another day without another security deposit, credit charge and signature - by me, in person. That is simply irritating, especially since it entailed a 2 hour round trip.

Pay the extra somewhere else. The rooms themselves werent horrible but were weird cuz they didnt have microwaves but it was the property itself that was gross. We pulled up and a person was peeing in the parking lot, there were black tarps taped up in the whole front right side of the hotel, it was very run down, alot of trash outside felt not very safe. Then when you go to check in you find a kiosk robot with a person talking to you via the computer to try to check you in. It took about 30 mins just to check in, only to finally find our room and our key card didnt work so i had to wait in line another hour to get a new card with the robot. If your broke and dont have the option for a better place.... id honestly choose my car for the night over it.

This property for us was one of the cheaper options so I wasn’t expecting much. As for the hotel, It is very, very clean and the air conditioner worked awesome. The area is less than desired. There really isn’t much of a lobby. It appears to be a very old property But what I needed it for it was fine. Would I stay here again? I don’t know! The area was very shady.
