They wanted to tape our key on outside of office door because we would be coming late. No one on duty and office locked after 9-10. We didn’t feel safe doing this. Went to eat instead and then went back for key. Different man there who did not speak any English. Kept asking me for my room number. Told him I did not have one yet. He kept asking same question. Ask where the other man was and and he shrug shoulders because he didn’t understand. He finally went out back and a young lady came out and asked for room number. Told her didn’t have one yet. She asked for ID. Said oh I see and gave me a room key and I had to sign a paper. There were stains on the bedspread. That looked like oil that went through to blanket. Door did not latch tight. Could have easily pushed it open.

Strong smell/oder of pee. Maybe a dog peed in the room? Door could not open all the way as it hit the bed. Towels were horribly rough. Beds had big dips in them and slid on the base. Would not recommend.

Excellent motel, close to downtown Conway. Great customer service, manager went above and beyond to accommodate us, after a day of motorcycle riding under the rain. He offered to put our clothes in his dryer, which was a huge help, instead of having to call a taxi to get to the closest laundry station in town. THANK YOU SO MUCH, SIR.

This is a very nice hotel, clean room, comfortable beds. Lots of hot water with an exelent shower spray. Walkable to sowntown, restaurants, and more. Would definitely stay here again

Colonial provides the best accomodations in the White Mountain area for the dollar value. Nothing fancy, but always clean and comfortable. Management very efficient and friendly.

Highly recommend staying at the Colonial Motel if you're going to be in the area. My wife and I wanted a spot close by Mt. Washington so we could hike and then enjoy a nice night before and after said hike. Colonial is a clean and cozy motel and checked off all the boxes we needed. Staff was very friendly and even called us and walked us through the check-in process as we were arriving late. Great location in North Conway, right next to the main street with numerous restaurants and shops close by. We will definitely be looking to stay here the next time we are in/near the Conway area!
