Nothing like in the pictures

Where to begin. We check in and immediately the key cards to the room do not work. Not just for us, for all the guests. The poor woman behind the counter (she was the only positive about this place) handled all of the upset guests with politeness and patience, but there were many. The woman had to let my Wife and I into our room. Once we were inside, we found an old antiquated room. Nothing like the pictures. Only one lamp in the entire room worked. There were used washcloths on the bathroom floor, the tv remote did not work and when I tried to plug my phone charger in, the entire socket began pulling out of the wall. I went back to the front desk to ask of housekeeping could possibly come take the wet washcloths that were left on the bathroom floor away and see if I could get some new batteries for our remote control and while I was at the desk, the were at least 5 guests explaining that their key cards did not work. We actually just gave ours back. We were only there for one night so once the lady from the front desk let us into our room, we just stayed in until we checked out.

In 60 years of travel, I would rate this property as the the worst I have stayed in. I had family visiting from overseas and I would rate the experience as a nightmare. The rooms are filthy. Carpet is as old as the mountains and full of grime and filth. Uncomfortable beds with bugs. The bathrooms smelt of urine with flooring coming apart (see pics). I actually tripped on it at night and luckily didn’t get badly hurt. Rooms are DARK, DINGHY & STINKY. They have no housekeeping staff, PERIOD. We had 3 rooms. 4 of the family members refused to stay in this DUMP and actually moved to the Marriott next door, paying almost $598/night for 2 nights. Not sure, what level of travelers give properties like this such high ratings. Honestly, shame on them for misleading and spoiling vacation of others. TOTAL DUMP STAY AT YOUR RISK!!!!!

The hotel did not have my Expedia reservation. They were very accommodating unlike Expedia whose solution was here’s a refund in 7-10 days. Expedia has poor customer service and cost me additional funds because of their incompetence. Don’t use their website.

I wish I would have taken pictures. Room 73 was awful. Peeling/rippling wallpaper from the top corner of the wall, peeling flooring from the bathroom with staples (what?!) to keep it from peeling further, inoperative fan in toilet/shower room, and room very evidently not being vacuumed before arrival. I wouldn’t stay here again. The remodeled state of the lobby and general areas have the impression the room would be in much better condition, but it was terrible. I wouldn’t stay again.

The room had paint peeling, it was dirty. Tge window was dirty. They are renting low term. There were men hanging around ourside their rooms. We are two older eonen an d felt unsafe. The woman on the front desk was wonderful! I sorry i did not get her name. She gave us a full refund without hestation. She was great!

Room had mold around the bathroom ceiling. Dried urine on toilet and hair on the floor. GROSS!! Chipped paint no extra towels or bedding. Asked for a cot when i booked 2 months ago. All out! Had to go buy bedding and blow up bed for my son For $257 a night i expected better!

Expedia overbooked the double queen beds in their hotel so they had to downgrade me without a refund. Never using expedia agin because of that. Also there was months of dust on radiators, toilet clogged and we had to wait til next day to get fixed so we had to walk across the hotel with our little kid to use the bathroom, hairdryer didnt work, upholstery falling apart, big crack across the window which was so unsafe, vent in bathroom didnt work so im surprised theres no mold yet in the room, fridge was unplugged when we got there so we couldnt cool our food right away, breakfast food was good

Pool was ok had to get 12 key cards to get in our room they would only unlock the door 1 time then had to get another one very inconvenient and frustrating not being able to get in our room. They gave a free breakfast, French toast was frozen sausages were over cooked eggs were cold. Somebody needs to overlook there kitchen to serve are food. I work in food service and I would be closed down if I did not serve food at right temp. Three families went and 1 family could not leave there room the first night because there door was not able to unlock. We will never go back stay away. Tried to get towels told doors were lock and could not get any.

Room was filthy Had to clean AC before we could use it. Only had sheets on beds no blankets or bedspread. No shower curtain. When asked night manager for blankets was told we would have to wait until the next day. Had to ask for tv remote then the tv wouldn’t work night manager couldn’t give extra towels , had to go get ourselves towels from pool to dry floor after shower. No microwave. Room was listed as for sleeping up to 5 but only had 1 queen and bunk beds. Will not stay again

Not so great!

The room wasn’t very clean. I found 2 used cups behind the night stand, they were obvious, so I don’t understand if it was cleaned why weren’t they found. Also I had to wipe down the nightstand because it had cup rings that were sticky. The bathroom floor had dirt by the bathtub. The bed was very squeaky, just getting in and out of it,

Family of 5. Stayed in 2 Queen suite, with rollaway cot(requested this 4 days prior to check in) Sliding door to balcony (main floor/ground level room) only locked with a bar and was questionable. Beds were comfortable. No extra blankets available. Hard pressed to get any extra towels. Breakfast was awful. Pancakes were clearly frozen then microwaved. They were unable to be cut. Sausage was concerning. Scrambled eggs were watery.

The receptionist was lovely, and the lobby had great character and was very welcoming. The room was clean, but very basic. Had a fridge, but no microwave. Had a coffee maker, but no cups to brew the coffee in (got some at the lobby coffee bar). The exterior doors to the building have locks on them that work with the room key, but these locks are not functioning. That being said, we never felt unsafe. The indoor pool is a nice touch. Bottom line is that this hotel has a very good rate for the area, and gives you a nice, simple stay.
