It was a good stay as far as the room is concerned. The noise policy is/was not enforced at all. There were kids and adults out on the fake lawn, loud as hell until 12 a.m.. The trash being dropped off on the 2nd floor in the middle of the build brings concerns about bugs. It already had flys nats and a horrible smell coming from there soon as you get off the elevator. If these things are addressed this will be a great place across the board

The manager and staff was very nice didn’t get much sleep the first night due to another guest would have loved to have been accommodated besides an apology! No pool and no breakfast would be a reason not to return but the staff were amazing so I’ll stay again

In the evening, there was ball thrown at our window and rocks thrown at our wall from kids playing outside. Just didn’t want anything breaking that wasn’t our fault so we had to open the door to tell the kids to stop throwing rocks.

Even though it's a new property, it is already becoming rundown. At best I would describe it as "sketchy". Not a place I recommend for a family.

Amazing, brand new, spacious apartment-style hotel rooms. The facility seems spotless. Unfortunately the room I had on the night I stayed was incredibly noisy-- not the hotel's fault. Take ear plugs. Slightly sketch area of Little Rock, and it might attract long term residents (?) I felt a little wary as a woman traveling alone. There was a man with an ankle monitor hanging out at the front door, leering.
