This Beautiful, Newly Remodeled, tropical-themed, professionally decorated end-unit condominium is in the Crescent Shores North Tower, sixth floor, Unit 605, and sleeps up to 12.

Every room in this Luxurious Condo has ocean views except for 1. It has 4 bedrooms and three full baths, approximately 1800 Square Feet, + a Large Ocean oceanfront balcony. It is well maintained with regular painting, deep cleaning, monthly pest control, appliance, and other upgrades (see details above)—flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms and free high-speed broadband internet access. The balcony has an outdoor table and bench seating. The Kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, a crockpot, a blender, a Keurig coffee maker, a built-in microwave, a recently upgraded stainless steel dishwasher and Samsung refrigerator, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and ceramic tile floors. The Condo also has a full-size washer, Dryer, and iron and ironing board.

The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a private bath with double sinks, granite counters, a Jacuzzi tub, and a private door to a sizeable oceanfront balcony. Bedroom #1 has 2 Queens and interior access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom #3. Bedroom #2 has 2 Queens, and Bedroom #3 has one King. Sleep in comfort, as all bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

We enjoyed this condo very much. plenty of space - bright and open - beach view.We did not like the parking situation (across the street) plus the fact that unload parking was closed off and we had to unload across the street.

My families stay was awesome. We had plenty of room for the 8 of us. The cleanliness of the condo was superb. The view was incredible. We saw the dolphins every day. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The host was prompt to answering any questions that we had. Great week in North Myrtle Beach

Well equipped for a family visit. Very clean. Minor issues with AC that was handled very quickly by owner. Great location. Storage closet has everything you need for the beach: 6 chairs, 4 umbrellas, 3 boogie boards, just about every beach game you can think of. Walking distance to putt-putt. Terrific Irish Pub across the street. Great time!

Memorial weekend get away! 2025

Mark is awesome to deal with! He kept me updated on everything that I needed to know. Even gave restaurant suggestions. The condo is so pretty and clean. Easy access to the beach which was also very clean. Pool area is constantly being cleaned and monitored. Would definitely rent this unit again in the future!

The condo is just as described in the listing, very clean and updated. Love the king bed in the 3rd bedroom. Mom (70) really appreciated the ADA height toilet in the master. Nice new composite rocking chairs on the patio. Received several unsolicited texts throughout the week from the condo owner (Mark), just checking in to see if everything was going well. Class act!! Will book here again.

Thanksgiving beach getaway

We were celebrating all turning 60. The balcony was beautiful to sit and relax. The kitchen had good options for bowls etc to make a charcuterie board. It was wonderful to store our beach chairs in the outside closet. The condo was clean and comfortable. We would recommend it!

Excellent place for family

Mark was super easy to communicate with. Great place. We were using the place at the end of the season, so the outside beach closet was packed full of discarded items from previous guests. My only suggestion would be to have items like plastic wrap and foil etc. I think it would encourage other guests to leave their extra helpful items for the kitchen.

Home Away from Home!

We totally enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. We had enough room for our children and grandchildren to be comfortable. The building is just a few steps from the ocean and we enjoyed the pools. I would love to go back again!

This condo was perfect for our family. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms gave each family their own personal space. The condo was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was organized and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The host, Mark was so great to work with. Amazing Time in NMB

We had a wonderful week at Crescent Shores. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 teens without feeling like we were on top of each other. We all felt it was actually bigger than it looked in the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy cooking meals. The location was perfect and walkable to many things. Our only complaint was the ice maker, but there are several places nearby to get ice. I would recommend coming with bags of ice. Mark was very communicative and checked in on us several times. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Best we have stayed

This is a fantastic condo. Each year for the last 15 years my full family take a week trip to Myrtle. Of all the Condo and homes we have stayed this was our favorite. The Condo staff are fantastic the location is wonderful. The owners are what pushed this condo over the top they were quick with any help we might need and kept check on us though messages to see if we or the condo needed anything. If you are looking for a family trip I could not give this a higher recommendation.
