Nice condo

The condo is spacious and tastefully furnished and decorated. Great view from balcony and easy access to beach. Minor downsides: showers in two bedrooms are small, especially if you have guys or gals who are larger. Having only one towel and washcloth per person is a little inconvenient, having to do more laundry. However, there is a nice washer and dryer. Nice televisions. Wi-Fi good.

Clean and perfect location

As we all walked in we could smell how clean the condo was. The decor was very nice. The building itself(hallways and elevator) were always clean The only thing I would say for improvement is more than one towel person and the kitchen was lacking in a few areas. Other than that it was oerfect

Beautiful, clean, peaceful, and spacious. Great ocean view. Easy beach access. Location was good. Reasonably priced. Parking, however, is very tight for trucks and large suvs.

Perfect for our short stay

We only had a few days to spend here but it was wonderful! The view was amazing and the beach was not super busy. Each bedroom had their own bathroom with plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 children ages 13 (size of adult), 11, and 7 yr old. Would stay again!

Felt like home

This condo made us feel right at home. It was very quiet and peaceful. It was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the large closets, spacious balcony, huge dining room table and having a bathroom in all 3 bedrooms. The full size washer and dryer made life so easy as we could deal with wet swim suits and beach towels immediately, not to mention clothes. This was our first time staying in a condo and it was the best experience we ever had staying at the beach. Check in and out was so easy and the property managers were very informative and answered my questions promptly. I would definitely recommend and would personally stay here again.

Great Condo & Location

Great condo for our family. Spacious and clean and loved looking at the beach in the high-top chairs on the porch. Carolina Palms was very attentive and brought us an extra towel quicker than any hotel ever has! We were always able to find a parking space and accessing the beach was so easy. We couldn't find any wine glasses and they could use a few more dishes for multiple meals to accommodate a family. Everything else was well-stocked and we appreciated the starter items. Would definitely stay here again and loved the location!

Amazing Summer Vacation!

We loved this property! This has been our absolute favorite! It was beautiful, clean, in the perfect location, and so easy to access the beach from. The view was breathtaking from our balcony! We love to surf fish and that was our goal for this vacation. We were so excited to find a location that we could do that. We had the best time and we look forward to returning to this property!

Wonderful family time

First of all, the property was wonderful. However, very upset that the pool was closed. Everything in the unit was very clean. We do wish that there were more towels for guests. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook the sink in the master bathroom Was clogged up upon arrival. I sent an email about that and did not receive any communication until after we had already left the property for check out. We had also requested a third parking pass which I never received any communication about while staying there overall we enjoyed our stay, but I do wish that communication and contact Would have been more accountable.

Perfect Cozy Spot

My husband, grandparents, and I stayed here for a weekend get away. It was super clean, had so much space, and was great with communication!!! Loved the beach and area. I can’t wait to stay here again.

Wonderful Girls Getaway - Late September

Fantastic, clean space with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! Comfortable and smart furniture from the living room to the bedrooms. In fact, I am searching for some of the pieces online. Kitchen has all the plates, glasses, pans, utensils you'll need to cook for everyone. Great location and beach is right outside your balcony with a beautiful view of the sunrise. Greatest ice cream a few minutes away at The Dairy Hut and Gino's pizza was delicious. Just a few things could have made our stay a little better: Extra blankets/pillows-we did find 1 blanket in a bedroom closet. Basic seasoning like salt-I bought a container for a dollar down the street and left it in the cabinet with the 2 shakers of pepper. When we arrived there was only 2 half rolls of toilet paper between all 3 bathrooms. In spite of these things, I would definitely stay again AND would recommend this to others with the suggestion of bringing all the "extras", just in case.

Fall at the Beach!

Relax, rewind and regroup!!!!

We loved condo! A wonderful location. Very easy to beach and I loved that umbrella and chair rentals were so close. I will stay here again for sure. If you are debating about this place look no more it was awesome! We are very addicted to Cherry Grove and the family atmosphere. ❀

Nice Condo. Convenient to the beach

The condo was very clean and the living space was comfortable.Linens offered were inadequate, especially for the $100 linen fee. One towel set(towel, hand towel, wash cloth)per person and one set of bed linens for the week. I had to make multiple phone calls trying to pay my final deposit. Worried I had been scammed. Had no email correspondence from January- June. Once we arrived, they were prompt to respond to all questions and concerns via email.

Family of 6 vacation

This was a great fit for our family of 6. We really enjoyed the view and the easy access to the beach. We were the only ones in the pool all week, and we didn't even see many other people in the complex. The beach was beautiful. Inside, the bedrooms were great and with 3 bathrooms, it was perfect. We also enjoyed having a washer and dryer available so we didn't have to go home with a bunch of dirty and wet clothes. We would be open to staying again.

Great trip, 2nd BR needs to have that horrible noise fixed on the bed. Parking for SUV's is a challenge!
