Pool and hot tub was not working and there was no info about it while booking (we booked 3 hours in advance). When we got there, we heard, ’Just to remind you, our pool and hot tub is out of order,’ well with 4 families in the lobby we were ALL surprised. We specifically looked for those amenities (as the other families with kids). Way too pricey for no pool and no hot tub. Very disappointing.

Nice new hotel. Convenient location right off the interstate. Good breakfast. Our room could have been a touch cleaner, but it was nothing major. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it for anyone traveling to or through North Platte. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

At check in we were informed they had a pipe burst the staf went above and beyond to get our room switched up so check in was smooth. The breakfast was well organized and plenty to eat. The pool and hot tub were great and our kids and grandkid loved it. We would definitely stay again.
