We have stayed here twice now when traveling from Illinois to Colorado. We love the room size and the fact you can get two king beds! The breakfast is also wonderful! So much selection!

Your staff member and her local friends were eating the happy hour food and had a very loud conversation about the Samalian population her in the US and especially Minnesota and how they are taking American hand out money and don’t deserve it because they are Terri le people. She, the person managing the food and drink , said they should be killed. Shot dead. I’m not joking. It’s disgusting and I’m reporting her and the hotel to the authorities. It’s racist.

The pool was clean and the whirpool was nice and hot. The property was well kept. The breakfast was better than some other Holiday Inn Express's. Rooms were quiet. Staff was attentive and friendly.

Rude, lazy, dumb… they have disabled folks go all over the hotel from one end to the other to try to find luggage carts. They’re too lazy to bring them to the lobby so they’re centrally located for everyone. No luggage carts available at checkin or checkout…. Had to make four trips because the women up front were too lazy to get carts. I’ve never seen anything like it and they didn’t even care when I asked them about it. I have stayed at that hotel multiple times and the ones they workin now suck
