Great location, but no AC

Location is great, right on the beach and within biking distance from ptown at a fair price. I got a nice corner unit on the second floor with a balcony. Only complaints were the sheets and bed weren’t great and there isn’t AC, but they do provide you with a fan and you can open the balcony door and front window for a cross breeze. Other than that it was a good affordable place to stay

This is a lovely resort considering how cheap it was! I loved every part of it and the sauna and hot tub and pool were top notch. It’s also very close to commercial street for anyone going there for a gay excursion to commercial street!

The room is in condition for a front beach location but couldn't sleep good some weird smell in room wasn't pleasant other than that the hotel have great amenities was good beach front location.

I have travelled to a lot of places and this is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was right in the beach and it was so peaceful listening to the waves at night when I went to sleep. The room was very clean and the bus service made it easy to get to P-Town. I will 100% be coming back again!
