Roseneath is a picturesque 1902 "Northam stone" cottage surrounded by beautiful Wisteria and Roses, It is ready for you to enjoy your own private Queen room with en-suite, Off street parking and several sitting areas outside.
The large shared Sitting, Kitchen and Dinning areas are all well appointed for your comfort. (kitchen has no cooking facilities, only shared fridge, microwave oven and toaster)

You will have access to one bedroom with a Queen Bed with all linen provided and private en-suite with towels provided. (you will need your own personal toiletries)
You will have access to your own TV, Small fridge, Kettle, Crockery and Cutlery.
Plus there are several sitting areas in the shared Back yard and Front Porch areas.
Minimal, phone and text contact with physical presence if required.
Roseneath is situated 2 minutes from the Northam town centre with a small shopping centre located only 1 km away within easy walking distance, which includes Coles, Aldi and a few specialty shops.
The walk around the bridges is only a 5 minute walk from Roseneath.
The main street boasts many eateries including Dome and several other coffee outlets, Fish and Chips, Chinese, Pubs/Hotels etc.
Northam hosts many events throughout the year including Avon Decent river race, The Flying 50 Vintage car racing, Vintage motorcycle racing.
It is the Home of Hot air Ballooning (national ballooning championships), Walking trails, Horse racing, Historic buildings.
And of course we can't forget the famous White Swan community.
The historic towns of York, Toodyay and Cunderdin are only a short drive away.
Northam offers Taxi services around town and has train services to the city of Perth.
