I 2 Elementi is a newly built accommodation consisting of two adjacent but independent villas and one annex. It is located just 200 meters from the beach of Noto. Every villa consists on 2 bedrooms , 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a living room with a double sofa bed. The annex consists on 1 bedroom and a bathroom. Every villa has its own private outdoor jacuzzi.

The accomodation is surrounded by a large garden and it is equipped with a wide heated swimming pool with hydromassage, a solarium furnished with sun loungers and parasols, and outdoor dining area with barbecue. The rooms are bright with large panoramic windows, and furnished in a functional and elegant way.

It is a perfect solution for two / three families or small groups of friends. It can accommodate up to 14 people.

Fantástica villa. Gran piscina y jardín. Confortable camas. Aire acondicionado muy bueno

Casas muy bien equipadas. Todo muy moderno y nuevo. No hay microondas En conclusión muy recomendable Valerio y Aldo son encantadores y muy eficientes. Nos recomendaban sitios, restaurantes, etc En conclusión ha sido unos días inolvidables.

Traumhafte Lage mit sehr schönen Räumem

Corrado war ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr gut und das Objekt in einen Top Zustand. Jeden Tag wurde gereinigt und Früchte aus dem eigenen Garten zur Verfügung gestellt. Aldo hat uns die schönen Seiten von Noto gezeigt. Es war rundum gut, und wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen

Vi bodde 14 stk med voksne og barn i husene en uke. Fantastisk hus og hage ! Topp utstyrt inklusiv stort og deilig basseng. Kort vei til den flotte stranden med krystallklart vann. Veldig service-minded både eier og hjelpere som hjalp oss med både transport og båttur. Vi reiser veldig gjerne tilbake en annen gang - kan anbefales på det varmeste 😀👍
