I am sorry to read that there was a problem with the noise of the doors closing. As these are all fire doors, unfortunately, this cannot always be helped. Good afternoon, I am sorry that you found the room too hot. Unfortunately, we do not have air conditioning in the rooms, but we do provide fans to try to keep the temperature down. As you can appreciate, we are having a particular hot spell regarding the weather at the moment. I hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience.
