Friendly helpful reception staff. Liked the late check out (12 noon). Room compact but comfortable and had everything we needed. Dining area and bar was bright and cheerful. Buffet breakfast was very good. Hotel has large car park but payment is required.

The hotel is good for a weekend stay, i have booked again for next year. Some of the decor is a little tired, and getting food from the bar was a bit slow, but the breakfast was good, the room clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Just watch out for the shower tray, some of them dont drain properly and risk overflowing into the bathroom.

Shocking hotel service and supprot

Stayed there with family for a wedding recently! Booked a room for my dad that was meant to be accessible and spoke with the hotel in advance to arrange a stool for my mother in law to access the shower, despite being promised this it never materialised! On top of this the shower leaked into the bedroom and made the carpet sodden! They were also replacing the fire doors in the corridor and started work at 0730 in the am! Waking us up with the racket they were making! We were also locked out of our room because the card was deactivated earlier than it should have been, check out time is noon! Despite raising with the hotel staff both in person and over email they have ignored the whole thing! Save your money and go elsewhere!

hotel is fine but I tried to use room service overnight just to get some bottled water. there is no in room phone so room service is done via a QR code. nobody replied for an hour so I cancelled. if you can't offer the service 24/7, don't advertise it as such.

Friendly approachable staff, Andrea, Carrie, Peter and Katarina were very helpful and kind. Beautiful bright hotel, swimming pool and spa. Delicious food, breakfast was very tasty and plentiful the staff again were very kind and helpful. I stayed in a very spacious comfortable room with great shower ensuite. Room service was excellent. I would highly recommend thank you.

Used to be a great place

Jacuzzi was broken. Staff didn't inform us at check in. The pool area is not monitored and other guests made the atmosphere very unrelaxing. Only ever one person on reception and took forever to check in or if you have any queries Cleaner didnt get to our room till after 3pm and we had run out of tissue etc. Had to use the loos in reception.
