Welcome to our modern holiday apartment at the beginning of the picturesque bay of Stara Novalja – one of the most peaceful corners of Croatia, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and protected beaches. The spacious two-storey apartment offers space for up to six people with 85 m² and is ideal for families or seniors who want to enjoy a relaxed holiday by the sea.
The accommodation has three cosy bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable sofa beds. Air conditioning, WiFi and satellite TV provide additional comfort, while two balconies - one of which offers a sea view - invite you to linger. Bed linen, towels and an iron are available, and pets are welcome upon request.
In the outdoor area, a spacious garden awaits you with a pavilion, loungers, and barbecue facilities. Parking spaces directly at the house are available, so you can start your holiday relaxed from the very first moment.

Erholung bei netten Menschen
Eine superfreundliche Familie. Hilfsbereit zu jeder Zeit. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen gut geeignet. Theoretisch 5, aber dann wird's auf dem Balkon oder am Küchentisch zu eng. Sehr schöner Grillplatz.
