The apartment was clean and had AC. But other than that i cant recommend the apartment. When we arrived, we got told that we need to leave 300€ security deposit in Cash with them - there was NO information about that in any of the 5 information-texts prior. As we didnt have that much cash on us, they made us get it immediately, they didn‘t care about out plans or the fact, that we need to pay 12% on top for withdrawing cash. We decided on this apartment mostly because of the pool - but there were not nearly enough sunbeds for all the guests and the staff didnt care about the fact, that even large groups of people were using them, who didnt even check in. One day before check out, we told them we will leave at 10 sharp (latest check out time) because we booked our transfer to the airport at 10:15. There were several people from the staff in the apartment complex and no one showed up - after 20 minutes and texts to the staff as well as the apartment organisation someone finally showed up. The delay led us being late for the transfer, we happened to be right behind a car accident which made us miss our flight. So we had to pay for an additional night + a new flight which costed us more than the whole stay. Of course, the accident has nothing to do with them - but if they were simply on time for our check out, we would not have been late, behind this accident and too late for our flight.
