Very good hotel, best choice for the best price.

Very good hotel, near the city center, walking distance to Subway station, to Red Prospekt - main city street with a lot of shops, restaurants and movie theater. All staff was very friendly. Service on top of the level, continental breakfast - super, a lot of selection.

Уютный отель в центре города

Отель понравился. Жили вдвоем с ребенком. Комната уютная, чистая, все необходимое есть. Мыло, шампунь, гель для душа. Постельное белье, полотенца - все белоснежное. По заезду поставили бутылку воды в подарок. Так же на этажах стоят кулеры. Завтраки были включены. Каждый день дают меню - выбираешь сам себе завтрак. Выбор хороший - голодным не остаться. Расположение отеля так же по-радовало. Рядом парки, театры - все в шаговой доступности.

Прибывала в этом отеле 5 дней, очень понравился ПРОСТОРНЫЙ номер, все было чисто и аккуратно. Есть кондиционер, холодильник, телевизор. Обслуживание очень хорошее, доброжелательный персонал, завтраки были включены, кормили вкусно. Мы еду брали с собой, очень удобно. Из минусов хотелось бы отметить отсутствие лифта (отель маленький для лифтов), но все равно, если бы у нас были тяжёлые чемоданы, то было бы сложновато. И ещё один минус это запах канализации из душевой кабины. Но несмотря на эти минусы, в целом отель потрясающий, месторасположение и по комфорту супер :) если когда нибудь ещё поеду в Новосибирск, скорей всего снова остановлюсь в этом отеле:)

Отель в тихом центре

Близко от центра города, это было для нас очень удобно, тихо, спали спокойно. Недалеко стройка, но когда возвращались в отель, уже было тихо. Можно выбрать, что будешь есть на завтрак. Чисто, убирали каждый день. Было вполне комфортно. Все заявленное - туалетные принадлежности, тапочки, сейф, чай, кофе - все было.

除了位置好一點，完全不建議這間酒店！

俾咗完全密封嘅房間，連廁所通風也沒有，臭味嚴重！乘電梯到四樓，再要行上兩層梯梯，才到房間，若是有大形行李，完全不可能接受！

Уютный отель

Я не в первый раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Небольшой уютный отель в 5-7 минутах ходьбы от театра оперы и балета (центра города). Хорошие просторные номера. Тихий уютный отель. Хороший выбор блюд на завтрак. Очень хорошее соотношение цены и качества.

Não gostei do serviço da recepção, pois quando chegamos não tinha ninguém para carregar nossas malas e o hotel não tem elevador. Tivemos que subir 3 andares com as malas. Para completar nos cobraram por 1 xícara de café que não estava incluída no café da manhã.

Хороший отель

В принципе хороший отель. Расположен в тихом месте в 10 минутах ходьбы от театра оперы и балета, а так же от метро. Новый отель - открыт в 2010 году. Абсолютно соответствует заявленным 3-м звездам. Огромные номера. Достаточно интересный интерьер. Есть небольшие два минуса. Первый, но очень маленький, что нет лифта. Но с другой стороны - из-за нашей человеческой лени, это может быть даже полезна. Наиболее значимый минус - в номере нет кондиционера. Зимой это не значимо, а вот летом. У меня был номер на 4-ом этаже в номере было одно небольшое окно. Летом его не хватит для проветревания. Может быть летом ставят в номер вентиляторы. И при в ходе номер имееться неприятный запах из санузла, но когда включается свет в санузле и начинает работать вентиляция (вытяжка) запах достаточно быстро уходить. Но в целом об отеле очень хорошее впечатление. Больших плюсов больше, чем небольших минусов. Но я была зимой, поэтому ощущения летом может быть мнение другое.

Выходные в Новосибирске

Очень удобное расположение, около 10 минут пешком до Новосибирской оперы, самый центр города, но при этом в тихом месте. Маленькая уютная гостиница, вкусные завтраки, интерьер номера скромный, но все чисто и все необходимое есть. Уезжая, забыли в номере ноутбук, персонал отеля помог организовать отправку в наш город курьерской службой.
