Le Clos de la Ferrière is a charming, detached architect-designed house located in the heart of the village of Nozay (shops and restaurants nearby), in a verdant and authentic setting, 25 km from Châteaubriant, 60 km from Rennes, and 40 km from Nantes.
Private parking is available on the property.
The south-facing terrace is furnished and shaded, and there is a charming, enclosed garden of approximately 1700 m² with mature trees, a private heated swimming pool (9x4m - open from approximately May to October), and a pétanque court.
Ground floor: separate fitted kitchen opening onto a living/dining room with a bioethanol fireplace (2 liters provided), 3 bedrooms (2 with two single beds 90x200cm that can be joined together and 1 with a double bed 160x200cm), bathroom (shower and bathtub), office with elliptical trainer and weight bench, and separate WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (each with a 160x200 cm bed), shower room, and separate WC.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker, stereo system, cot/high chair, tumble dryer, bean-to-cup coffee machine, food processor.
Included: electricity, heat pump heating, firewood, bed linen, and towels.
Not included: end-of-stay cleaning (€230) and tourist tax.
