Entrance floor: the air-conditioned living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa, opens onto a large terrace with sea view, equipped with tables and chairs, ideal for outdoor dining or moments of relaxation. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a dining table. The floor also includes 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, all spacious and bright, 2 double and 1 with a twin bed; one bathroom with shower and one toilette.
Lower floor: through the stairs that connect the living room to the lower floor, you access an additional area that includes an air-conditioned living room with a French bed, a double sofa bed and two single sofa beds. There is also a toilette and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine with direct access to the garden.
Upper floor: going up the stairs from the right of the entrance, you reach the upper floor where there is an accessory room with independent entrance.
