We stayed here for two days. Next day after check in, they didn’t clean the room and when I asked there is a lot of waste in the room, they asked me to clean. I was surprised! But can’t say anything, maybe it is their hotel rule to ask customers to clean their rooms.

Good hotel!

It’ a decent hotel for a couple though it’s a bit small if you plan to bring a kid along. Good service and clean, comfortable bed. Just keep in mind that the parking is limited and if you get one space from the hotel parking is that kind that use kind of elevator which you don’t have a free access all the time you want to get something from your car. Anyway it’s a nice hotel in general!

Great bargain; very friendly and helpful staff

Nice and clean hotel with excellent friendly staff. A range of nice restaurants in the area. Consider the south side of the station, which is much more lively and has more choices for shopping and eating out. Our room had a window to the north; great view of Mt. Fuji.

2025年5月4日-5月6日で宿泊させていただきました。 出張が多く、今まで5つ星ホテルやビジネスホテルをいくつも宿泊してきましたが、こちらのスタッフの方々はとても親切な方が多いです。沼津の方の人柄なのでしょうか。 子供が誤ってこぼしてしまった飲み物も嫌な顔ひとつせず掃除していただいたり、フロントが混み合っている状況でタクシーを呼ぶのも親切に対応いただいたり男性の方、本当にありがとうございました。 駐車場の男性は帰ってくるたびに、お帰りなさいと挨拶をしてくださいましたり、朝食を作る女性はサンドイッチがなんかで昨日食べれなかったと伝えたら、わざわざお声掛けいただいたり。 親切な方々のおかげで沼津の滞在がとてもいい思い出になりました。とてもビジネスホテルのサービスとは思えないくらい素晴らしかったです。 本当にありがとうございました。
