Run-down and overpriced. Room was insanely hot and despite turning thermostat down it did not cool the room. Had to open windows and keep the door cracked to survive.

Bathtub had cracks in it and took forever for the hot water to come on. Check in staff was great. You are advertising a restaurant, but it is only for breakfast where the food was either cold or the staff didn't even show up until it was time to open and then the food was late for plans we had made. They were too busy talking to each other instead of getting the food out on time and hot! Rooms were old and not very well kept up. Your star rating is definitely out of proportion. I would give it a 4 out of 10l

I’m too tired and too upset. This place is a nightmare. Hot tub didn’t work., had hair and debris in it. Heater didn’t work at maintain the same temperature no matter what you set it at. Structural damage to the floor…covered by carpet. Felt the floor actually give throughout the room (room 106). This is a safety issue, and I’m contemplating whether or not to report to the building inspector. No compensation was offered no solution was offered, no apology was forth oming.

The staff provided outstanding service. The breakfast buffet was good. Convenient access to freeways. The mall featuring a Target was 1.5 miles away. Mobile is located directly across the street and numerous grocery stores are nearby. However, the property appears outdated, requires a face-lift and my room smelled of smoke, prompting me to buy an air freshener.

This hotel is old and not clean. I don’t think it has been updated since it was built probably in the 80’s. The carpet was gross, there were layers of dust, and the electrical situation was questionable. I am only rating it a 2 because the staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was decent although it is not self-serve.

The rooms show their age. The wallpaper in our room was peeling and dirty. The smell in the room was AWFUL. Upgrades are definitely in order. The breakfast was impeccable. 10/10

The rooms are not as advertised, this is definitely a 2-3 star motel. That being said, the staff was absolutely lovely and they worked to keep the space clean. If you're looking for a classic "Inn" this isn't it, but I would recommend this for a low cost motel option that's easily accessible with lovely folks working there.

I got this hotel for my family thinking that the pictures were showing a cool retro vibe. However it was not retro it was just run down. Stains everywhere and the shower didn't work. The coffee creamer was chunky. The fridge was leaking and made loud noises. It wasnt close to anything. The car wash across the street was loud. No good vending machines or access to much of anything. Don't stay here. Owners need to clean and update!

Hands down the worst hotel experience. Super sketchy area and clearly a prostitute and affair hookup hotel. Sheets were so stained I swear they weren’t even washed. Hairs everywhere. Stained floor and walls. Holes in bathroom door. I would give it zero stars if I could. The check in lady made a big deal about how she was giving me a room near the office so I’d feel more safe. Run for the hills!
